Great place to stay. Shout out to Hillary at the front desk, I was getting tired after 5 hours on the road and she was super helpful at 9:30 at night. Room was clean and well prepared. lots of parking and the area felt safe. easy off hwy 1 and easy back on as that is always a concern. The hotel is far enough off the highway that it is quiet. I hope you have as good experience as I received.
I stayed for about eight nights on two different occasions in March and April. The first in March was good - on the third floor facing the carpark which was the quietest side of the hotel. The staff on the whole were pleasant and helpful and rooms were taken care of when the notices were placed on the door. The second visit in April - not so much. I was on the ground floor, on the carpark side again but right by the entrance. Rooms were not serviced very well, restocking was hit and miss and bed making was minimal. The room above had very squeaky floorboards (or whatever they are) and disturbed my sleep. The curtains kept coming off the track and I couldn't close them properly - maintenance came and fixed them twice and then I sort of gave up. The room was fairly shabby but expected I suppose for a hotel. The most annoying thing was that hockey players were staying and gathered under the entrance canopy to drink and smoke. Each time they got louder and louder and in the end were shouting at the top of their voices, right outside my room. The last night it was horrendous and I tried to call reception to complain but there was no answer. Reception staff in the morning said I should have come out and rung the bell - something I was not prepared to do because the people were drunk. Apparently the last crowd in a limousine playing loud music at past midnight were not guests of the hotel but had been picked up from there.

This is a fine 3.5* hotel, with great service, solid complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, small but good fitness room, and attentive housekeeping. Parking is easy. There's lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores nearby. For price paid, I would come back here again. You're 40 minutes to the heart of Vancouver but the cost differential is huge.
I was only in for 2 nights, but I am full of regret. The room next to the Breakfast room: 1. you have to walk the whole length of the building, because of issues with the key fob this helped me skip leg day. 2. The SMELLS! If you are queasy when you smell old kitchen grease, ask to be moved the second you find out they've stuck you here. 3. The NOISE started at 5am, kitchen staff just doing their job. But they moved something heavy that shook my bed from the vibrations in the floor. There was so much noise as everyone clamors in for that free breakfast all morning. You know folks with kids, it was like they were next to me. Let me move on to the couple with two young boys in the hot tub at 8pm, eating junk food. I told the staff, next day still not cleaned up. Know how I know, gummy bears. The boys melted the gummies on the tiles. Parents didn't clean it up, staff didn't clean it after I told them. The water was gross, but the gummies almost made me laugh because I have been working so long (non-stop for months) I just wanted to relax for a bit and life goes NOPE!! I got in anyway on the second day out of hopelessness, went to the front desk afterwards to complain. Is it ever clean, probably not. Long shower after that I wasn't going to write a bad review. However, Best Western auto-email spam kept reminding me to write a review. Your wish is my command!
!!!BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS!!! This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The rating of this place is way out line and not a 3 star. The photos are super misleading and not what the representation of this gross place. Found bed bugs in our bed the next morning, the room smelt like **** and an old musky mold smell. Stay away from this gross hotel. My wife had bites all over her legs the next morning. I told the front desk attendant and all he said was sorry. No compensation for this disgusting place. Stay away. This place doesn’t deserve any stars. The manager was suppose to call me back but never did. He doesn’t call because he knows his hotel is disgusting. I asked for compensation but told the manager has to do it. They just don’t care. This place should be burnt to the ground. All they do for a response is “sorry we didn’t meet your expectations”. That doesn’t fix the problem. This place is a s$&t hole. Multiple reviews of bed bug bites, gross smell, and zero cleanliness. This place looks to be family run and they don’t care what you think.
This hotel is not worth the 185 to stay one night. There were fruit flies in our bedroom. I killed over 15 throughout the night. The pool and water slide are not working but there is a sign posted on the door. One of the men dressed up in a suit had his wife in the parking lot and she dumped her garbage on the parking lot. She also put her used coffee mug on the curb. The breakfast was in a bag. It was half a Costco muffin wrapped in plastic wrap, a hard boiled egg placed into a bag with a juice box yoghurt and a rotten apple. We are fine with a bagged breakfast but this was not very impressive. Beware the hotel is not worth the money
I booked a two-bed room with a kitchenette. The breakfast in the hotel is good, simple and delicious. The lobby is equipped with hot water and a microwave oven, which is very convenient. The location is good, very close to various shopping centers, about seven or eight minutes by car. The warm and smiling reception of the front desk staff is pleasant.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at the Days Inn Langley location. Do not let the age of this hotel turn you off...it's well maintained - some areas show some wear and tear, but the rooms are large and the staff is exceptional. They were very accommodating to the group we were with and always pleasant to deal with! Wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

ZZHIHONGNo breakfast, no extra bed, but the bed is quite big, a family of three children can live in a small, the location is also good, it is convenient to travel on the edge of the highway, there is a parking lot. The first night after arriving at the hotel, the room was 113 after check-in. The room was small and smelly. It was cold and air-conditioning did not work. The service was very good after communicating with the front desk the next day. First we added the quilt and then changed the room. I had a bad smell and no air-conditioning before, and I fell asleep very quietly. This is a good stay. I wanted to go to Vancouver in advance for the last two nights. After communicating with Ctrip, I cancelled the last night to live in Vancouver. In short, the service attitude is quite good. If the room is well chosen, it is still good to live in Langley at this price. The nearby hotels are quite expensive.
