Don't be fooled by this hotel's website pictures - they're VERY deceiving. It's not a luxury hotel like it appears, but more of a MOTEL. We paid way too much for the (lack of) quality and service. Disappointing from check-in: young lady at front desk didn't acknowledge us; simply asked for our name and credit card, all the while smacking her gum and sipping her coffee. Place badly needs renovations; room doors needs repainting and are not soundproof - hallway noisy. Beds are not comfy or soft. Breakfast was the bare minimum; they ran out of powder for hot chocolate. Lobby computer did not work at 8 a.m.; it was shut off and nobody had bothered to start it. We will not be returning or recommending this place.

GGuest UserExcellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons réservé cette charmante auberge sans avoir d'attente particulière. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la literie, le confort des lits et l'hospitalité des hôtes. Cette petite auberge est située à moins de 5 minutes du centre de ski de fond de Mont Sainte-Anne et à 15 minutes du centre de ski alpin. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables. Elles sont adaptées pour recevoir des skieurs avec un système de chauffe-bottes/gants. Le déjeuner est de type buffet. Il est sobre mais complet avec des aliments préparés localement. Nous avons soupé à l'auberge. C'était un excellent repas avec un beau choix de poissons et 3 types d'huîtres. On choisi des portions de type tapas et il faut compter 2-3 plats par personne. Les prix sont raisonnables. On peut aussi prendre un verre au bar de l'auberge. C'était d'ailleurs bondé de monde le vendredi soir où nous avons séjourné.

GGuest UserThe boss is very enthusiastic and introduced many surrounding amusement attractions. The facilities in the room are also very complete. There is a microwave oven for hot meals. It is suitable for people who drive early in the morning. There are fast food restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
