I stayed there several days. I had a very nice large room. Everything was clean and everything worked. Paid approximately 75 dollars a night. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Good buffet breakfast included. Gym on the 3rd floor (to management: please fix some of the machines that are not working). I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Gabarone.

I’ve stayed with them a few times when visiting Gaborone on business. The service is efficient, friendly and they are responsive to requests. The space is great for extended stays as you have a living and working space separate from the bedroom. A great team that makes your stay pleasant.
Everything was fine. Room is clean. Safety is guaranteed, internet connection was excellent, workers are friendly and helpful. The only thing they need to improve is menu because breakfast was the same all days of my stay.
Arrival Sunday at reception 21:00. Staff could have been much more friendly and enthusiastic. Checin went ok. Asked what time dinner service stop. Was advised 21:30. Waited for service at pool till 21:15. Got 1st drink and meal 22:00. The rest of my week I dined outside the hotel. Friday I decided to give it another go and went to the pool side to dine. Sorry to say it was worse. I was ignored by the staff for 30 min to the point that I decided to get my own menu. Waited another 15 min to place order but had to go and complain to get helped. Sadly it does not seem to bother the staff that you complain about bad service. Look after your customers and they will return
I came from Johannesburg slept here for a few night, rooms are clean, service was very good and the pool was great. The heat is too much but you have the pool to jump into or you have the choice is that your rooms are air conditioned, you have room service to order from, and the restaurant has TV and the bar is also available.
Staying for one night when connecting in Gaborone, the hotel location is slightly biased, if there is no other travel needs, the hotel is good, the environment is beautiful, the pool is clean, the hotel's own restaurant is recommended, the price is moderate, the taste is very good, especially the breakfast is very rich, And every staff member I met was very enthusiastic and responsible, the hotel provided a free pick-up and drop-off service

Excellent
GGuest UserWe had a great Diaspora event that was hosted at the Hilton hotel Botswana and Chef Rubia went ahead to prepare Kenyan Authentic Cuisine for everyone. The only thing the Hotel could greatly improve on is lighting at the Pool area for outside events.
FFatiyaTown Lodge Gaborone one of the best lodge’s you can ever imagine how clean, beautiful views, cleanliness, and the rooms are absolutely amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful with everything you need. I have booked there with my fiancée and we had a great time spent on this lodge. It is value for your account and your family. It is also near shopping mall just a walking distance to it every shops are there. I heard a lovely time sleeping in that lodge, I will recommend it to anyone who wants somewhere to spend there time. Town lodge Gaborone is the best place.
GGuest UserThe Reception Staff is fantastic. The restaurant is great. The conference rooms are great. The rating would have been a full 5 but the cleaning crew turned the AC off while cleaning and didnt turn it back on when leaving so the room got hot and took hours to cool again. And the cleaning crew often shorted me on towels and washclothes. I had to ask for an iron and it was removed from the room the next day. Some glitches but otherwise an excellent stay.
GGuest UserWhere to begin? Fleas on the bed, manager of the hotel was too busy waitressing at the hotel on-site (certain there were others that could have been serving us since the restaurant was empty). There was only 1 of everything despite checking in with two guests, we were moved to another room and toilet was leaking. Went to the bathroom near reception and there was no toilet paper in the stall. The hotel seems outdated, carpets are dirty and it just hasn’t been taken good care of. Had booked for a stay a week later, the bed seemed flea free, would not recommend. If you choose to stay it has the convenience of a Newscafe onsite and is in close proximity to amenities.
Kkalyan110770Very Very lovely place with plenty plenty of Palm trees and 2 hotels the Grand palm and metcourt of the same group are there in one huge plot.Very clean route and well maintained on the way to Reception of Grand Palm. The non smoking and smoking rooms are maintained very.clean for more than 2 Decades on a very quiet and lovely place but not at all far from the main mall the Heart of Gaborone. There are 4 restaurants where you get very tasty and excellent food for the money you pay. Mokolwane,Beef Baron,Fig tree & Kalahari Bar and Bai Sheng the Chinese /Asian Restaurant.Excellent Room service are given as well as the big swimming pool is maintained well which is a paradise during extreme summer. To sum up The Grand Palm is the place yo stay if you are visiting Gaborone.
