The hotel is sensational. Located in the city centre, but close to everything. The hotel was very attentive and requested. All we need was answered promptly. The pool is a delicious relaxation. The room is very large, the hot gas showers are very comfortable, the cleaning is perfect. The breakfast is spectacular, full of options and a home-served food with much love. I recommend that everyone know the hotel.

Big hotel, good facilities, very clean, excellent service, good location. Good swimming pool with spacious environment, simple breakfast but good. wide room, good shower. Parking. The only reserve is accessibility, although the room has adapted the wheelchair did not pass through the bathroom door and the pool does not get into the water.

the room has lack of maintenance (the finishes lacking among other details)... the lift was not rising up to the 4th floor, and the attendant even seeing my agony in and out of it, after I asked to magnetize my card, he clarified that the lift would undergo maintenance and had problems, that I should use the other side ... at any time I was informed that I could move through the hotel parking to Canoas Shopping (I found myself when debriding the parking patio)... the restaurant on Sundays has no kitchen, except for frozen pizzas or lasagne ... the kitchen team, bar, and cleaning are extremely careful, this fact that cannot be taken into consideration, by some people of the reception!!!

The rooms are very spacious and were always very clean, which made the difference to the comfort of the stay. The service was excellent, with a careful and performing team. I want to highlight Jessica, which was a love of person! Although I speak Portuguese with emphasis, she realized that my main language is Spanish and began to talk to me in that language, which I found a fantastic gesture. She is super sympathetic and charismatic – deserves a 11/10! The breakfast was also very good, but I would suggest that it would be fair to put plates to identify the typical sweets of the region. I did not experience the Cuca, for example, because I thought it was just a common cake, but then I found it was something very special. It would be bad to highlight it! I had only dinner at the hotel once, but the food was very good. In general, it was a very pleasant stay and I recommend the hotel for anyone who is passing through São Leopoldo in RS!

Breakfast coffee with the necessary fruit, bread, cake, coffee, milk, juices and yoghurt and all safety against contamination. Excellent cost x benefit ! The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the shopping area.

The hotel staff is not very sympathetic, I recommend to whom the business trip is, but it is a little bit outside the BR.
