Easy location - 20 minutes walk in a straight line (ish) to Brussels Midi or Grand Place. Large room. Good size bed. Lot of storage/surfaces to let you unpack. Proper bathroom (instead of a wet room) with good lighting. Cleaned daily. Fan in the room was appreciate. Was using the hotel as a base so was out early/back late. Not sure if the place still has a bar or restaurant as they seemed empty but there was a restaurant next door so this may be it.

The location is a certain distance from the subway. A little closer to the bus and tram station. Why the eating place nearby is a bit deserted. Hygiene feels very general. The noise of cars coming and going outside sleeping at night is very noisy. The equipment is okay, each bed has a charging port and a bedside light. If you bring a lock yourself, there are also cabinets that can be locked. Breakfast is provided, which is pretty average, but you don’t have to go out and look for it again. The toilet and bathroom are separate, which is good.

Neighborhood seems to be little bit too noisy and dirty. Room is good with kitchen

Nice hotel in Brussels. Very affordable price for the quality of hotel. The staff is very nice, professional and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well designed. The amenities are very good too. Would recommend the hotel when in Brussels.

We had the duplex which was bright and modern with a small private roof terrace. The area has alot of restaurants nearby, but the room is very quiet. It was hot and we needed the air conditioner on, plus there were a few windows that can open easily. Overall we found it a lovely room and ideal base for exploring Brussels. We would highly recommend the duplex if you are ok with stairs- there is a narrow stairwell plus stairs within the duplex itself.

Lovely hotel, perfect for what we needed — good location in the centre of Brussels, friendly staff, clean and comfy room with a nice view. Handing the key in when going out was very useful so we didn’t have to worry about losing it. Included breakfast was great too! Would definitely stay again if I was to return to Brussels, thanks for a great stay!

Nice area to stay in, lots of supermarkets and easy to access main attraction such as the Grand Place. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was an ok Size. It was a little warm and we did miss the option of A/C, the fan provided really just circulated the warm air and as we were on the front opening the window meant it was noisy so didn't sleep the best, however we didn't let this spoil our trip!. The only other small point is maybe some clear signage of the bin system would have been useful. The room wasn't serviced during our stay but this wasn't an issue for us. If i found a deal for the same price, i would stay here again and just bring my ice pack to keep me cool at night!

The hotel is centrally located, so it is handy to explore the city without having to walk a great distance. Check-in went smooth, but receptionists speak 'no' Dutch in our capital ... The room was very spacious with a spacious bed, TV, daily coffee/tea and a bottle of water at arrival. Proper bathroom (toilet and indoor shower and hair dryer). Room and bathroom are made proper every day and towels are fresh every day. The breakfast was a good thing; but every day the same and little choice. The breakfast room was small and uncomfortable and not fresh owv many people close to each other. There is no pleasant atmosphere, and you wouldn't dare eat so quietly there. I wonder where they're going to put everyone when the hotel is booked? The staff is not really friendly (or speak no Dutch); only when you speak to them they say something, so even not good morning (or come down in the morning).
