We originally chose another hotel but there was a problem so customer service assigned us this one. When we arrived, we checked in with a really nice girl who welcomed us really well. The rooms are good overall. A few shortcomings but nothing serious. The breakfast is huge. There was something for everyone. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and gym. Which is a plus. On the other hand, it is not very well located. In the evening, we stayed without dinner because no restaurant was open in the area. There is a tram nearby to go to the city but it does not work in the evening.

Breakfast although basic was within expectations for the price point. The 'Sarajevo 1984' Olympic colors on the chairs I thought were a nice nod to the past. The room was modest but included everything I needed as a solo traveller and was cleaned every couple of days. Lack of AC was the only thing that made the trip slightly less comfortable. There is a bar on a maisonette floor that serves drinks all day till around 11PM. The staff were courteous and helpful. For those who don't have a car, taxi can be ordered from the front desk or you can walk 5 minutes to the Railway Station and nearest Tram/Bus stops. The observation tower is nearby, the Ottoman city is around 30 minutes on foot. I would stay again. 👍
