The room is average but clean. The first floor is the bar. There is an orchestra performing at night. The bed is a bit soft. The toilet is shared. It is acceptable for the quality of the accommodation. The price is still high.

It's not bad it's at the end of to main street of Windsor where all the shops are. Windsor river is practically next street over with a huge park and plenty of parking

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend away at the Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury to celebrate our anniversary. Beautifully renovated historical hotel surrounded by manicured gardens, with the best buffet breakfast in their lovely Gazebo Restaurant. We stayed in the spacious junior suite with a small balcony which had beautiful views of the gardens and the mountains in the distance. Our room also had all the modern tech with the latest gadgets to fully enjoy our stay. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a shout out particularly to Paris who gave us excellent local recommendations and was more than happy to answer all our questions. An added bonus was a lovely dessert tray and card for our anniversary that the hotel surprised us with when we came back to our room one evening! Highly recommended.

The room was okay, but there was no one there when I checked in. If you don't speak English well, don't book this hotel. On the day I checked in, I made a phone call to verify before I could check in. Moreover, this hotel is far away from the city. It takes at least 2 hours by train, which is too far. I won’t book this hotel again next time

The room feels similar to Atour in China. We made an appointment to return the car to Sydney's Circular Quay at 12 noon the next day. If we check in nearby, the parking fee will be more than 600 yuan per night, which is not cost-effective, so I chose the Mercure in Rouse Hill, which is also a chain hotel. It costs more than 900 per night without breakfast. Parking here is free. It is only about 50 minutes' drive from Circular Quay. It feels like a large residential area around Sydney, and it is all exclusive. A villa with a very good environment. Next to the hotel is a super large restaurant with N entrances where you can order food in different areas. They are all connected and the consumption is not expensive. There is also an AlDI supermarket next to the hotel, so even if There is no breakfast, you can walk to the supermarket to buy something to eat which is also very good
