Absolutely fabulous stay, 5 nights in the pet friendly unit, lovely a spacious, even had our own washing machine and 2 large bedrooms, dining area and outdoor area was amazing. So quiet it felt like we had the whole park to ourselves at times. Clean, friendly, we will deffinantly be back 😁 probably the nicest park we have stayed in. Only 1 thing, didn't realise the lake wasn't really swimmable, atleast I wasn't game to. But the beach is like 2 mins away so who cares 😉

On arrival we were delighted to find we had been upgraded to a King Ocean view room which was beautifully decorated and had a separate sitting area and an enormous bathroom. We purchased drinks at the bar and took them upstairs to enjoy on the sun filled balcony outside our room overlooking green lawns, palm trees and the water. Bliss! After a peaceful night's sleep in the very comfy bed, we breakfasted on the delicious muesli and huge croissants which are included in the tariff. Truly a wonderful spot.

Super huge room!! Well equipped kitchen but would be great if there’s a mini oven! Bought some food from the supermarket but needed an oven :( love how they have a coffee machine too. Very clean and lovely place. Would be great to shelf out some space for a tub ;)

The room was perfect for my 18yr old daughter and 85 year old mother, to stop for the night on our road trip. It was close to the beach and restaurants and everything we needed. The room was very clean. The sheets were of good quality and crisp as were the pillows. There were extra pillows in the cupboard along with extra blankets if needed. Towels white and fluffy too. We went to the beach and a beach towel was provided happily. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with local information. We had a problem finding our car keys and the hosts were very understanding and even assisted in our search. All were finally found and we were on our way. But thanks for making our stay pleasant when it could have become very stressful.

Discovery Parks - Narooma Beach exceeded our expectations in every way. Our cabin offered good views and was impeccably clean and comfortable. The location, right by the beach, was a coastal paradise, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions. The range of activities, from swimming to coastal walks, kept the whole family entertained. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Cleanliness standards were impeccable throughout the park. Check in was good - friendly man at reception who gave us some good info about the oyster festival. The room was super clean, set out well and had everything that was needed. Good location, within walking distance of restaurants, pub, club & the water. Would definitely stay here again.

Most regional hotels have a history worth discovering and Amooran ( Narooma spelt backwards ) is NO exception. We were looking for a property to stay in, in Narooma with full ocean views, and were recommended by friends to stay here. We stayed in a Family Suite on the second floor with amazing views over the property’s swimming pool and then further- a- field across the Narooma Golf Course and on the horizon the glorious unspoilt Montague Island. The location is very special 10/10, high up on the hill beside the Narooma Public School. In 1934 Frank Nichelsen the Head Master of the school, influenced by his wife Eleanor bought the acre of land next door to the school and began work on building fibro self -contained cabins there. By 1940 16 cabins existed at the Ideal Auto Park. The first major development of the property took place between 1975 and 1980 and demolition of the old cabins took place by the family to build 27 one- bedroom modern holiday units. What you see today in the Amooran Oceanside Apartments and Motel was built between 1996 and 2006 and comprises 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments, studio rooms, king rooms , cottages, beach houses and family spa rooms . All are still owned and managed by the same family after 80 years. Our check in was stress free and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The apartment was hugely spacious and there was plenty of parking. It was freshly painted, had a huge loungeroom, 2 TVs, one in the king-size bedroom, and another in the loungeroom, comfortable lounges, coffee table, stylish bed linen, pillows and cushions and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen was really big for a family holiday where you wished to dine in with kids. It was also fully equipped with just everything you’d need for a comfortable week’s vacation. It was spotlessly clean throughout and the BBQ area and pool would suit a family well. There was even a laundry and a Conference Centre. While being an older style property, it has weathered well, and we saw no maintenance issues and certainly we couldn’t fault anything about its location or presentation. The outside balcony would be superb in Summer and had lots of comfortable furniture, for reading a book, keeping an eye on the kids in the pool or relaxing with a bottle of bubbly. The Golf Club opposite is the perfect place to eat out being 2 minutes away on foot. WIFI was intermittent but we found this throughout most of our holiday down south. This property is not in the luxurious category but I would rate the property highly and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again ( hopefully next time with better weather) I went walking every morning around the school and downhill to the van park and beach. Met lots of fit locals running past and the Golf Course was full. Sadly our tour to Montague Island was cancelled due to inclement weather so guess that means another trip down the coast real soon. Hopefully will see some whales next time although the seals were out in
