Because this was the only hotel within walking distance from my friend's house, we stayed for a total of 4 nights and booked a 2+1+1 deal. Before checking in on the first day, the room fee and a deposit of 100 Australian dollars were charged to my credit card. On the fourth day, I went to the front desk to renew the room card (I couldn't open the door without renewing it). The front desk already knew that this was a prepaid order and asked if the payment would be deducted from the original credit card (I changed the name of the booker on the fourth night but didn't change the room and noted ”extend stay” in the order). I thought that after the prepaid order, the hotel might have to charge a deposit again because the name of the booker had changed, so I replied ”yes”. As a result, not long after, the front desk deducted 157 Australian dollars from the credit card again. I returned to the hotel in the evening and called the front desk. The front desk said it might be the deposit and asked me to talk to the manager tomorrow. I checked out very early the next day and the front desk was not at work. I negotiated with the hotel through text messages. The hotel said that I booked the room twice, once at the front desk and then again on Ctrip two hours later. They were so shameless. I booked the room on Ctrip one night in advance, but I didn't go to the front desk to renew the room card until after 9 o'clock the next day. After the communication failed, I had to contact Ctrip. If the negotiation with Ctrip failed, I would post a complaint on the hotel's official website. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the hotel agreed to refund the money, saying it was a ”communication misunderstanding”. I suggest that compatriots should check their credit card information more often when they go out, and safeguard their legal rights and interests in a timely and resolute manner, so that the chickens and dogs of T can't hide.
Stayed here for a business trip. Has been a great place to stay, nice English/European traditional decor and furniture, very clean room near to everything. Room has all the amenities: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, lots of towels, chairs, table, desk, arm chair, comfortable bedding and pillows, air conditioning, free wifi. Function rooms look great. Near shopping centres and restaurants
This place is a pit,When we arrived they gave us the wrong room,so after sorting out that mistake my wife and i finally checked in,and when i walked through the door i said to my wife ”what the f@#k have we just walked in to ,the place was dirty and smelly had a very musty smell, the carpets were dirty, shower dirty, toilet was dirty the lounge had stains all over it,the coffee table had looked like it was picked up of the side of the road from a rubbish pile avoid at all cost its dirty the pictures don't match the property in saying this i will give credit where it's due it was a quiet location and convenient and the staff are good but thats it,it's ashame as this place has good business potentinal with some elbow grease, new carpets and fresh paint but obviously they dont care so better to avoid at all cost

This is a quirky motel. From the outset I was horrified checking in as from the outside it looks dated. Check in was slow however I was not in a hurry so went with it. The restaurant and bar was closed indefinitely and it is not near any food options but I had a car so was okay. Felt very creepy having all the rooms overlook an empty restaurant and conference centre. To my pleasant surprise the rooms weee fully renovated and great. The bed was fabulous and the pillows were amazing. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but it is a good cheap option.
Was what I'd expect from an older motel really, could have been a little cleaner. The room I received was a little dated, the couch/sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sit on and was very warn out. But the Bed itself was fine. There were a few chewing gum wrappers and stuff that had been missed by the cleaners under around the couch area. The back door and window to the patio area were all fully locked and unable to open and the blinds a bit janky and hard to use. I was unsure if the bathroom was dirty or it was just the look of the tiles it could have been a bit of both. Wish i took photos because, looking at the photos online I couldn't see one that looks like the room i got. some of the photos look like some rooms have been updated. I did get the cheapest room possible though. If there is a deal and the price dropped below $90 for a basic single room then id probably return but without the discount there are a few nicer places around.
The design is good, but the layout of the room is unreasonable, the big mirror is facing the bed, and the color is still dark.
What I'm particularly dissatisfied with is the layout of the water pipes. I can hear the harsh sound of running water all night, making it impossible to sleep normally!
Came from our rural home to catch up with family. Have stayed at Quest quite a few times and always find the Staff courteous and helpful. The apartment is always clean and comfortable and the bed super comfy. Quest is our place of choice to stay when we come up to Glen Waverley.
The room was clean. However there was no microwave and no plates or cutlery. The bathroom needs a working exhaust fan. The queen bed had only two pillows with one extra in the cupboard. The pillows were very flat and each person really needed two pillows. It was quite hot and we would have loved to sit by the pool but there was no shade. However we heard no road noise and enjoyed pleasant sleep.
I had a 7 week stay at Ringwood Royale and it was just like home. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay and daily living. Loved having an oven to cook, even able to make a birthday cake. Washing machine and drier were super useful along with the washing powder provided. Appreciated supplies like dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder etc replaced weekly along with the helpful, friendly team who cleaned and changed linen and towels, also the wardrobe space was great to actually unpack for that period of time. Super comfy, firm bed and plenty of entertainment with Netflix, Foxtel and Wifi all part of the package. A big shout out to the Manager Mocita, who was so responsive, flexible and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when I had some uncertainty around dates. This was truly a home away from home. Also being solo I felt safe and secure - parking is also included in a secure car par, steps away from your day.. A great stay, highly recommended. By the way a nice touch is the selection of local wines to choose from int he apartment, if so inclined, at reasonable prices.
