Parking right outside the rooms and a very friendly and helpful receptionist.
The fan and AC in the room worked well and weren't too noisy.
Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and shaving cream provided.

The room had an extremely strong cheap motel disinfectant smell.
I could not sleep. While the (King) bed was absolutely marvelous.
Due to the strong smell, we opened the door of the garden site for fresh air. It was 7 degrees outside.
There was an extra blanket, for a single bed. You understand that we missed a bit of sleep.
And I sent you a photo from the wardrobe, and the surrounding decoration, which was quite a joke.
The single extra blanket on a king bed is not effective. The room had only one chair, so I put a garden chair in the room.
The shower and the bed were the best things in this apartment, and that's all.
The reception area needs urgently new furniture. Warn out unclean chairs.
The management of this Ramada Franchise should get their act together!

A particularly good hotel, highly recommended for children. There is a beach swimming pool specially prepared for babies in the hotel, which can be used by both children and kids. The back door is the seaside, and there are supermarkets, restaurants and dessert shops in the surrounding area. I plan to stay here next time I return from the Great Barrier Reef.

The hotel was amazing as per usual, however the new staff member had no idea about the facilities and what each room had in them. We had a heap of microwave items we disposed of , just to find there was a microwave after being told there definitely wasn’t one. Maybe the staff need to look in the rooms every once and a while .

Unfortunately we only stayed one night in the Bel Air caravan. This was very large and comfortable for 2 people. The toilet was also very clean and spacious, I particularly liked the outdoor area. There is also a laundry room, games room and BBQ on site. The man at the reception was extremely nice and helpful, even though check-in wasn't until 2 p.m. we were allowed to check in at 9. He also helped us find a taxi. We would have liked to stay there longer, but the distance to the shopping centers is far. Local transport is not particularly good in this area.

1137***44I like the state of life here, leisurely, especially the beach is beautiful, fully equipped, swimming in the sea, you can take a shower on the shore, of course everything is free! The trestle bridge stretching to the sea is more than one kilometer, and the locals will fish there, very polite and polite! There is no crowded crowd! Great!

TTodemmyCelebrating a friends birthday, we met here for breakfast. Well maintained and plenty of parking made it easy. The undercover area was comfortable and we spilled over onto tables and chairs nearby. Plenty of bins for cleanup. The view was lovely and the memorials well done and informative. A credit to the town.
