Very spacious room and very clean. Fantastic customer service but was not aware that we had pay $100 deposit upon checkin so just a heads up. But overall really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place for short stays.

Great hotel. Very clean and rooms were nice. Service from staff was very friendly and helpful. Only problem is hotel is away from everything.

Living is very good, the environment is very good, the beds are comfortable, sleep well at night, there are many parking spaces, it is necessary for our car rental family, anyway, it is worth it!

As a motel, I am generally satisfied. The password for the door lock, door and Wi-Fi will be sent to the mobile phone when checking in, so the guest's mobile phone number is required. The self-driving car is parked in the parking space at the door of the room. The room is clean, the bedding and linens are of good quality, the shower room toilet is clean and easy to use, and the sanitation is cleaned every day. The staff is thoughtful, enthusiastic and polite. Because it is close to the highway, you will occasionally hear vehicles passing by when you sleep, but it does not affect your sleep. Two issues that need to be improved: 1. The bungalow is in a suburban area, and insects of varying sizes will crawl out of the bathroom at night, probably from the floor drain. 2. The air conditioner in the house blows directly on the bed, and the noise is rumbling. Every time it is turned on, it scares people. You will definitely not be able to sleep with the machine turned on. It doesn't matter in spring and autumn, but in Melbourne in winter and summer, air conditioning is still necessary.

1st time staying, we received a free upgrade but disappointed because as soon as entering the Cabin the carpet stuck out as it was very dirty and worn, the bed was so uncomfortable that I tried sleeping on the 2 seater couch with no luck. The bed had a bad dip in the middle, the most uncomfortable sleep ever. With this being an upgrade I'd hate to think what the Budget Cabin wouldve been like.

The environment and service of this hotel are great, and the location is very close to the city center. It is also very convenient to find food and my favorite attractions. I just saw the waiter when I checked out the next day, said hello, and returned the room card, but the waiter didn't respond. Maybe it happened to be Christmas Day, December 25th, and the waiter was too busy and didn’t nod to say goodbye. I can understand it😂

Very disappointed with my stay at this venue. I was there for 3 nights and after the first night I was looking elsewhere for accommodation. There was a knocking sound coming from the ceiling all night which was similar to Indian water torture, needless to say, had hardly any sleep. I approached the front counter in the morning to ask about the noise and was told that management are aware of the issue and they've had tradesmen checking it out. Apparently it has something to do with the new heating system in the games room and there is nothing that can be done about it. I asked if I could change rooms but was told it happens in all rooms, it wouldn't make a difference. Poor form Night cap, this should have been conveyed when the booking was made. The cleaners came through twice and on both occasions left the fridge door open which let my drinks warm up to room temperature. The first time it happened I had pizza in the fridge which had to be thrown out. These people couldn't even make the bed properly, leaving the sheets screwed up in the middle of the bed and just covering it over with the doonah. Never again will I go to a Night cap venue, it's obvious they have no care for the paying customers.

The hotel has a great location, but the hygiene is not very clean. The interior is relatively old.

Room and facilities are excellent contemporary and high quality. Has every appliance you could ever need for a lengthy stay. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Will stay again.
