Kind staff & great service, tidy room, beautiful views, luxourious facilities Also the location is close to DFO, was convenient to get necessary stuff(clothes, shoes, foodie...) It's easy to go CBD, safe location (there's no dangerous people around the hotel) I would love to visit again on the next melbourne trip Thank you

Before returning back home, we spent another 3N here and was upgraded to Yarra River view. Requested for them to change the bedsheet as we felt it was a little dusty. They changed it but the housekeeping forgotten to provide us with a bathroom mat and also left our used spoon on the sink. Overall a pleasant stay but I don’t really have that five star hotel feel in terms of the room comfort level and service quality.

The one-bedroom apartment I originally booked was upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment (actually a two-bedroom and one-studio) without any notice. The original one-bedroom was very cheap. The kitchen is a rare gas stove in an Australian hotel apartment, which is convenient for cooking. The swimming pool is small, but there is a 25 meter walkway, and there is a spa, sauna, and the night view of the Yarra River is also beautiful, which is really good value. The traffic is normal. It is close to the Southern Cross Station, but it is far from Federation Square, which means that it is not close to Chinatown and the main shopping area. It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . .

Check-in on the first floor, after entering the room, the room is strange, I don’t want to sit low and change the room immediately, it’s not wrong, change the 11th floor, the view feels comfortable, the kitchen utensils are relatively old, the decoration is generally the same, the scenery is good~

Unfortunately the hotel was in the middle of a construction site when we visited which made getting in and out by foot a little challenging at first. Staff are great and the facilities are also top notch.

Great little birthday getaway. The lady at reception gifted us a bottle of wine and the room was very spacious and clean. There were pot of ammenities and great view to catch the sunset.

+: The premium double bed room with city view is beautiful and the amenities/facilities fantastic (beds were very comfortable, view was lovely, and the breakfast buffet bar had a wide selection of great options). -: The room service menu is very limited on Sundays and Mondays.

The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. The room is spacious. The room cleaning service is average and needs to be improved. The hotel's sanitation is not cleaned in time and someone comes to clean after being reminded. When I first checked in, there was no floor towel in the room. There were two bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. The paper towels in the room were gone and were not added in time.
