Great place to stay just 2 stops outside the free tram. Facility Manager was very helpful, switching out the soft mattress to a firmer one. Extra towels, all equipment is good working condition and maintained. Simple cooking ok, not designed for daily cooking.. Locations is near the hospital - regular ambulance sirens and gathering of ravens in the evening/mornings. Best to stay on higher floor away from the main road. Easy excess to food and to buy/top up your facecard and the 7-11 petrol kiosk right be the tram hop on. Victoria Market 2 tram stop and start of free tram zone to the city. South Melbourne Market is bigger and different from Victoria Market in my opinion
10-15 minutes, Walking distance to Melbourne university and a must visit to Panda Hot pot - 100 Victoria St.

The motel was in a great location for our day trip to Flemington races and then after the races was close to numerous pubs which we enjoyed a nice meal and entertainment. The room was a little dated but very clean and well set out. I would return again to this hotel.

The main thing is that the room has an induction cooker, a microwave oven, and the apartment is also equipped with a variety of pots, including frying pans, three size cookers, three sets of dishes, cutlery, and stir-fry, etc., which is a few small rice bowls. Complete, I like it very much. If you want to cook for yourself, then the choice is really appropriate. The apartment room is very clean and tidy. Disadvantages, the room is small, only suitable for 1-2 people, remember.

Unit had good facilities, a couple of negatives easily fixed - king bed could have had a topper to make it more comfortable

Perfect accommodation if you find yourself having to have appointments at the Royal Children’s Hospital. The accommodation takes the worry of parking away and with many options downstairs it is the perfect choice. The staff have always been accommodating.

Well located just outside CBD but convenient and quiet. Most of all full amenities provided for comfort kettle and coffee tea as well as hair dryer. Reasonable size of room with sun block curtain. There are diverse of international restaurants to suit all. Victoria market is just 4 stops tram away. Daily housekeeping, shared kitchen and self laundry service are available too.

The room is cleaned by yourself after staying for a few days, no one cleans it for you. The kitchen utensils are useful and deserve praise. The space is spacious. I am quite satisfied. There is a separate washing machine and dryer, which is convenient.
