Best Nerang Hotels

On the 14.3.23 at 1.25 pm my adult son and I visited the Hinterland Hotel for lunch as it was a busy day for us, we approached the counter and the mature aged blond was serving a patron first and we kindly waited, whilst the woman was pouring the beers she asked what did I want, I asked, ”Is this where we order lunch?” she replied, ”No, use the paddy app on the tables.” I said, ” I have a government phone that does not accept these apps.” She then replied, ”Use his!”. I nicely said ” My son has a vintage Nokia and that wont work.” The woman said abruptly, ”It works on all phones!” ”Can you please give me a paper menu,” I asked, ”NO PAPER MENU'S” was the stern reply... The other patron looked at us in disbelief. We felt discriminated against and we left as though we were won't welcome there. I have lived at Springbrook Mountain since 1977 and will never go back to this establishment ever again. P.S. Do you need an App to play the Poker machines out the back?

I was very happy with this venue. First time there. Spotlessly clean and ALL staff were friendly and efficient. 1 flight of stairs to walk up and was asked if I required assistance with my luggage. Dinner downstairs was great. Tender steak and lovely fresh vegetables. Bed and pillows very comfortable. No noise issues. Plenty of parking on site uncovered. Breakfast can be purchased across the road (which I didnt need) Modern and well set out. Flat walk-in shower. Well done Loretta and crew. I have already booked return visit. MOre economical to book through ”nightcaphotels”

the service staff is nice,they introduce the facility and room induction so carefully and the room is so clean and bright, it's a good place for the sport and enthusiasts they have golf,gym,swimming pool, soccer field, tennis beside the hotel,but the surrounding doesn't have too much restaurants to choose

This is a great hotel. My business for the day was 40 minutes away but worth the drive. The hotel is always clean, friendly, has great facilities and a view from every room. Unfortunately, I didn't have time for a game of golf this time but did get to go to the Italian Restaurant in the hotel. I wasn't disappointed - well worth a try.

Very nice resort, with a big pool under the sun. Front-dest provided great services, very helpful. Restaurant and bar had fairly tasty good, with take-away option too.

Recently spent 4 night in a two bedroom unit overlooking the golf course. The views of the Broadbeach and the golf course was great. Just grab a drink and sit on the balcony and enjoy the views. The location of these apartments are approximately 10 mins drive to Pacific Fair and Broadbeach. Not really any shops within walking distance (unless you are keen to walk 20-25mins) to the nearest Aldi. The Carrara markets are just 5 mins drive away. The apartment itself was large and modern, plenty of room for a family of four. It was showing signs of wear and tear, with scuff marks on walls and carpets. The apartment we stayed at had limited kitchen utensils...ie 3 forks 3 spoons etc...and old looking. Probably time to replace and replenish them. The pool area was nice and the kids spent plenty of time in there. The gym is small and only had a handful of equipment. The wifi didn't work for us, but that wasn't an big deal as it was only 150mb free per day. Overall a pleasant stay.

Room was spacious, clean and seems new. Love the carpark which links straight to lobby. They were very nice and gave us a sweet message and treat as my husband and I were on our honeymoon trip. Downside was on the security deposit. They charge it to my card and refunded only after a few days. If it is a hold amount, there should not be any charges. If they charged the amount, the refund should be immediate on the same day. We booked assessable room which was for the handicap. The doors are automated etc. The reception said they were unable to reach me by phone call and they couldn't email me because I booked via third party vendor. It would have been better if they can contact via email which they chose not to. This is something which they could have improved and definitely will improve our stay experience. Other than this, everything else was great! Note: When we drove to Mantra, right in front of the hotel was a cemetery. Just in case anyone superstitious, this info may be helpful.

I arrived late on a Friday night. Just dropping off to sleep when other guests arrived back and proceeded to make an unholy racket. Not much sleep that night - arrived back Saturday arvo to find the party in full swing - yelling, swearing, banging and loud music continuously but nothing done by management. I left and found alternative accommodation - came back Sunday to return the key and to ask for a refund for the last night which I thought was only fair. The manager said I have to apply through Expedia which I duly did and was refused again. At no time was there any apology or empathy from the manager - they had my money and that was as far as it went. Worst ever accommodation experience and at no stage was my room made up either.

It is the new Airbnb is an apartment as a hotel type, so many things are not perfect. The App writes 2 o'clock check-in. When I have to register, I am told that the room has not been cleaned up. It takes 3 o'clock to check in. It is then told that it is not good. I have to wait again. Then the app also writes 12 o'clock checkout. But After asking, it was 10 o'clock. This would make customers very confused, okay! ? And there is a foreign waiter who has a bad attitude! Secondly, after checking in, I found that some places were not very clean and there was no check-in information. For example, the Wifi password, the location of the swimming pool gym, did not inform you that you have to ask in person! On the same day, I encountered that the Wifi was broken and I had to repair it for two days. I couldn't use the TV at all! Accommodation is good Location close to Seaworld not far from downtown But because it may be a lot of new things are not perfect I hope they can improve!
