We arrived late towing a horse float, so needed somewhere with plenty of off street parking. The owners were friendly and accomodating. They also have a lovely restaurant and bar on site, so that was an added bonus. The rooms were extremely clean, modern, comfortable beds and heavy block out curtains. The shower had a massive rain maker shower head with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Although the motel is on the highway, the rooms were very quiet with no traffic noise as the reception and restaurant all face the highway. The food in the restaurant, Clancy’s Restaurant and Overflow Bar, was amazing, the quality of a fine dining restaurant with good sized servings and reasonable prices. They offer room service for breakfast and the breakfast menu is extensive with barista coffee. We had our sitting at the tables beside the pool which was lovely. We’d definitely stay here again.

After mechanical failure with the car the team at the park couldn’t do enough to assist us in getting us set up. The park is clean, well maintained and organised. The managers went above and beyond. We will definitely return and recommend to others.

This hotel is top class. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and we received a really warm welcome, both on arrival at the hotel and the restaurant. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and inviting with a really comfortable bed. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Budget motel. Spotlessly clean. Like most motels in this price range around Australia they are old. But could not flaw the clean state of the room. Also had nice garden at front. (which i think demonstrates managers care for a property) . Location good for travellers passing through. Its on main road but at night traffic dies down. Ours had newish carpet, new air con, new bed head, new microwave, tv, toilet, and hand been painted as some point. Linen was also professionally done by external co South pacific. Thanks, will use again when passing through wagga wagga. They do allow pets. Rules are not at all strict. They are normal and much appreciate this offering. The policy is clear on website and they even go through the rules. I think that's a good practice because if not followed by someone with an animal they could ruin it for all in future and people staying with no animals. As aa traveller with animal I appreciate motels offering pet friendly accomodation.

Have stayed here many times now and it's in a great location for us and rooms are clean and smell nice and fresh when you walk in and staff very helpful and friendly. We will be back to visit again soon.

We stayed at Mercure Wagga2 as a transit hotel for our Melbourne —＞ Sydney trip. The location is good, the standard is acceptable for the area, the bed is exceeding my expectations as they’re very comfortable. Perfect for our rest before continuing our trip to Sydney. In overall it was good value for money.

We didn't stay at the hotel but ate at the Restuarant. I could not believe the food that was served. It was as good if not better than I have eaten in hatted restaurants in Sydney. A great regional find. We had the 5 courses with matching premium wines and the food and wine were perfect. The wait staff were so friendly and helpful. We spent some time discussing glass wear and when we were leaving, they gifted my husband one of the prettiest glasses they have. Next time I go to Wagga not only will I be eating at this restaurant but I will be trying out their accommodation as well.

The hotel is in a famous town and there are many places of interest to visit. The food is also good, and the beef cooked by a western restaurant for hundreds of years is highly recommended. The hotel is purely western-style, and the waiter is great. It is still cleaning before the check-in time, but some fruits don't know where to put them. The waiter immediately makes room for the luggage to move in and put it away, so that we can find food with peace of mind. The room is clean and tidy. There are elevators and escalators on the second floor. The waiter took the initiative to print the map, telling you where to play, where to eat and where to shop. It was very warm.
