A very quiet, clean and well run hotel. Very close to Parliament House and a 15 minute bus ride from Canberra CBD (No. 59). There is a local shopping centre with lots of restaurants, cafes and a Coles supermarket only 10 minutes walk away. Plenty of off street parking if you have a car. Good value in this location. 一个非常安静、干净、经营良好的酒店。离国会大厦非常近，距离堪培拉中央商务区（59号）有15分钟的公交车车程。 酒店距离拥有许多餐馆、咖啡馆和Coles超市的当地购物中心仅有10分钟步行路程。如果你有车的话，街边停车位很多。这个位置性价比很高。

Great place and location. Staff where excellent. Only problem was not enough towels in bathroom (3) people and 2 towels given. Also the shower glass screen wasn’t wide enough so all the floor and bath mat got wet from having a shower.

There are only two room types on the hotel's official website. The basic rooms include inward-facing rooms with no lighting and those with daylighting. We were assigned to an inward-facing room. The lighting was poor and the stay was very depressing. After asking to change rooms, we were still given an inward-facing room. However, you do not need to pay extra for an outward-facing room. When you check in, you must ask the front desk for an outward-facing room. As far as I know, the room on my side of the room seemed to be the only one on the night I checked in, and other guests were assigned to it. Outside facing room type and the room was very dirty. It's worth mentioning that the common areas are nice and the mattresses are very comfortable.
There are only two room types on the website of the hotel, but some with open-view while others with interior view, we had been allocated to a room with interview and the room was so dirty especially in the bathroom.

I've been to Canberra twice. This is the best hotel I've stayed in. It's really nice. The staff are warm and considerate. The room is big, new and smells good. There were 4 people here this time and we had an extra bed in the living room. It's very convenient. It's only 5 minutes away from Parliament Hill in Canberra. It's in the center of the city. The location is very good. Parking is free on weekends. It's really good. Next to it is the Burbury Hotel, but this hotel has excellent value for money. It's really good. It's clean and comfortable. The location is great. Excellent, I will continue to stay there if I have the opportunity in the future, 5-star recommendation! Canberra feels great this time 😌

We enjoy our stay in the hotel as well as Canberra so much!
Location is quiet and easy to find. Bed is very cozy and comfortable, we both have a good sleep. Room is clean and tidy. Nice staff. If there is a small platform/table in the large bathroom would make it better.
