Caboolture Central Motor Inn is a great place to stay, the facilities are exceptional. The staff are very helpful and know the area well to help you in any way they can. It's located close to caboolture but situated in a quiet area so you don't have to worry about falling asleep to the noise of traffic.
Went for a family lunch. Meals were good, came out quickly. Our server Brandon was a real asset, he had good knowledge of menu and made our experience. A good selection of dishes on menu including vegan. Ordering via App which made it easy & quick. Will be back again.
This room had everything we needed for a really comfortable 3 night stay. It was a a great size, very clean and everything functioned well. And that spa bath was the best after a long day walking around. The complex is really quiet. The location is perfect with local shops only a short distance away. The staff were lovely. Definitely recommend. I was pleasantly surprised.
We had a family room which was quite large with a double and two single beds. There were a four-seat dining table and chairs, fridge, microwave, and dishes. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. Our room was on the second level and so required some stairs climbing to reach. It was not a problem for us, but it might be for others. The room also was next to the highway, which had a fair bit of traffic noise in the afternoons and early evenings. We were surprised that it had no impact on our sleeping. The one problem for us was finding the place. If you exit the M1, you enter the town on King Street. It intersects with Morayfield Road. Unfortunately, we could see no road sign to indicate the name. So, when you arrive at a very small park filled with trees, you must make a left as this is Morayfield. Just down the hill and up the other side., the motel is on the right. The only problem is that we missed it the first time around. It was easy to find driving back into town. The other aspect is that you cannot turn right immediately onto Parkland but must use Church Street and do a U-turn. The motel is not far from a Woolworths shopping centre. The Indian Brothers restaurant seemed very popular.
The room, sheets and bathroom are quite clean, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, the check-in and check-out procedures are simple, and the location is excellent. There is a large supermarket across the road, with two supermarkets, McDonald's and KFC on the left and right, and sushi next to it. Shop and Chinese restaurant, but the facilities are a bit old, the air conditioner is still a bit noisy with the window type, and the dishes are a bit cracked.
Stayed at the beach house as the motel was full. The house is amazing old Queenslander. All facilities provided. Washing machine which was needed after a few weeks on the road. Close to cafes and shops. The owners were very very helpful and very friendly and helpful.

From 10 through to 14 August 2023, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a stay in the delightful Dayboro Cottages, around 4 kilometres north of Dayboro off the Mount Mee Road; Dayboro being 44 kilometres north west of Brisbane. We were due to have two nights to bring in the 2023 New Year; however I had some unexpected hospitalisation which curtailed our plans. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the owner/managers Charmaine and Tim who very graciously held over the money we had already paid, for a later time. And so we waited until August 2023 for our delayed ‘New Year’ experience and in appreciation of Charmaine and Tim’s thoughtfulness, we paid for an extra night so we could enjoy three nights here. There are 5 cottages on the property and we stayed in their king spa cottage named “Árbol”, which is Spanish for tree. Under the cottage’s name sign on the front door is a keypad with a locked compartment housing the key, which is retrieved by punching in a dedicated code given to us before we arrived. There is no reception office and throughout our stay we never met Tim or Charmaine – we came and went unannounced. Entry to our cottage was via a set of steps (which are not steep) from a shared car parking area. As such, guests need to be aware that they will have to carry their luggage to the cottage if they are staying at “Árbol”. “Árbol” Cottage was a joy to stay in. From the door a short hallway leads to the main living area. On a small occasional table at the end of this hallway are two warm and fluffy grey bathrobes for our personal use during our stay. The living area incorporates a comfortable king size bed; television within its own compartment; a microwave cooker with a bar refrigerator below; and a large cupboard with an ample bench top and a sink to prepare meals and wash up the dishes. Inside the cupboard and the side drawers are all the cooking and eating utensils needed for guests, like us, who prefer to cook our own meals. At the far corner of the bench top is a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine with coffee pods and a separate milk frother. Also in the living area is a small but adequate dining table with two chairs and a comfortable enough black lounge. There is good room to move in the area where the table and chairs and lounge are located. The cottage has successfully utilised the availability of natural light by having a row of three closed clear glass louvre windows above the wall closest to the bed. The endearing feature of the place is the impressive view of the surrounding countryside from the verandah which leads out from the living area. The verandah has included an outdoor table and chair setting – ideal for enjoying a “drink on the terrace” with cheese and crackers and admiring the view. It doesn’t get any better than that. All the cottages have been strategically built on the property so as to afford total privacy from each other when spending time on the verandah and spaced far enough from each ot
Loved this place, reception staff are always so nice the rooms are that of close to a 5 star rating the only reason it’s not a full 5 star is the pool is small and no gym facilities etc but rooms with spa in them are amazing will definitely be back!!!
