Sun City Motel is now fully renovated and under new management, no longer a hostel. New beds, freshly painted, block out curtains, new carpeting, undercover parking right at your door. Walking distance to pub and short dive to town.

Last minute booking - was arranging accommodation while travelling and dropped out of service once or twice. The lady on the phone was patient and polite. We stayed in cabin 3 - wow! It wasn't what I was expecting; pleasantly surprised. Renovated cabin - beds comfortable, large bathroom (has a washer/dryer), bunks have a double base and single top & all mattresses comfortable, kitchen is quaint and has enough appliances to make cooking achievable while away. The cabin was clean and is decorated nicely. We arrived late and after normal checkin time (thank copious amounts of road works), yet the team were more than happy to accommodate us and settle us in. Really impressed with the customer service and facilities. Will definitely be back.

Really good little hotel. Clean and for the cost of the room, very good. Close to good pubs and pizza shop which was handy for a one night stay. I believe the new manager has taken the place by the scruff of the neck and tidied it right up as I see some of the other reviews were not great. The new manager has done great here and it would seem it's improved quite a lot since she came on board. So for the negative reviews, they were probably warranted at the time, but as of June 2023, really good. I would definitely stay again.

Well appointed and clean room in lovely hotel on the Burnett River. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant wasn’t open due to renovations but we went across the road to a great hotel for dinner. Staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. Under cover parking which was fantastic as we were there when 160mm of rain fell overnight, but it was a really quiet room other than the rain!

This motel is the closest to the CBD with quite large rooms and comfortable enough beds. There is not a lot of noise from Bourbong St even though it can be quite busy and some locals like to make as much noise in their cars as they can. It’s good value for money. Plenty of off street parking.

This is a nice and tidy motel. Close to the shops and restaurants. We are happy about the condition of the motel room.

Very nice location, just right by the Alexandra Park Zoo, also close to the central, cery convenient. Front desk staff is so nice, although the facility is a bit old but very clean and tidy so totally acceptable, I will book this motel again when I visit Bunderberg again :)

This motor inn is in a great location very close to the Bundaberg CBD and the Bundaberg Railway Station and an easy drive to anywhere in Bundaberg. The room we had was spacious enough for us, clean and well appointed with a microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and hairdryer. The lovely lady at reception when we arrived gave us everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

First visit to Econo Lodge Park Lane in Bundaberg, good location with onsite restaurant. Friendly greeting at check in which was very easy, and a bonus upgrade as well. Room is very clean, comfortable bed & newly upgraded bathroom with all you require. The onsite restaurant is great, although there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Good quick service, food was very good (Surf & Turf), my steak was a very decent size, which did take a bit longer to cook, but that is understandable. Carpark in front of room, which is great. Very good rates for the rooms available. I will return here and highly recommend this motel.
