Best Broadbeach Waters Hotels

The space is very large, you can cook your own laundry, the furnishings are a bit simpler, the bathroom floor is a little slippery, there are no handrails on the wall, I just had a foot injury, the tub is a bit high for me, I am very careful to get in and out, but I am satisfied. ^_^,

Overall, I had a positive experience, although there were a few minor hiccups along the way. However, I must commend your team for their prompt and efficient resolution of these issues. The trip service desk demonstrated world-class customer service. The representatives patiently and politely listened to my frustrations and concerns, and they were dedicated to finding a satisfactory resolution that would benefit both the hotel and myself. I truly appreciate their efforts in going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. This level of service was truly brilliant, and I am more than happy to recommend Trip.com to anyone looking to book their next holiday, whether it be a hotel or a flight. We had a high floor xx-105 that is not exactly the rounded corner balcony but was still a great stay. The furniture and fittings are modern and non-frills. We love the branded soaps, the strong aircon, the convenient cardkeys, and the direct link to the ******. Everything is so convenient, i dont know what else to ask for. Oh, the ocean view is blocked, but we stayed at surfers paradise before this, so we are not exactly looking for that same view again. Goldcoast city view is also stunning.

We had a confirmed booking from Trip.com but when we arrived at reception they did not have our booking. It was not Trip’s fault as apparently an intermediate company bungled the booking. The Blues fest was on so everything was booked out for 100km2. Fortunately the very kind manager at the Phoenician miraculously found a 1 br apartment for us and saved the holiday. The hotel is lovely and very central. Cannot fault it but confirm your booking directly with the hotel

Great all round. The only thing that comes to mind is no hot spa in the pool and in our accessible room, we were unable to close the balcony door once on the balcony (to keep the room cool). Service was average at best which was a real let down.

The room is quite spacious, just close to the road, a bit noisy, breakfast and dinner are all 🉑️ and free parking

Location was good and we liked the fact that the 2 bedroom had 2 bathrooms and both had a spa tub which the kids really enjoyed. Furnishings a little dated but still a comfy stay overall.

Great place to stay. Very enjoyable and recommend staying here!
