Good hotel, simple but good. Stopped here for the third time, Clean. Air conditioning, on the street was plus 37. Water, teapot, refrigerator, lots of in the bathroom of all the necessary things. There is a fodcort nearby on the street and shops, well, of course, around a lot of architectural monuments. I think we will book it if it is necessary to transplant in Yerevan. We have been given a room with an increase this time, very spacious.

Ночевала одну ночь в связи с транзитным перелётом. Приехала в 3ч ночи, такси до отеля 800арм (250руб) через Яндекс гоу, на ресепшене меня ждали и встречали. Ремонт выглядит новым, мебель, постель, всё новое, есть всё необходимое в стиле зуб щётки, шампунь, тапочки и тд, все полотенца. Из недостатков: в санузле неприятный запах, шумная вентиляция в номере, но даже отключив её что-то гудело потихоньку постоянно. Мне шум был не принципиален. На ресепшене предложили завтрак и трансфер, не пробовала. От трансфера я отказалась, тк было интересно можно ли дойти пешком, поэтому не поняла платный он или нет и сколько стоит, но саму услугу предлагают. Пешком до аэропорта я дошла, но были трудности) по времени дойти минут 15-20, вдоль дороги и забора. За забором встретились собаки, первая была спокойная, я прошла, потом две другие были агрессивные за забором, который заканчивался. В итоге я через 4 полосную дорогу перешла от собак на другую сторону, там их не встретила больше. Перед аэропортом пешеходная дорожка заканчивается, приходится идти по газонам паркинга, но дойти получается. В целом, с учётом цены такси, проще вызвать и доехать)

Everything in Kesabella are all that we need in Armenia, we felt safe, the room has everything we need and secured aside from it's clean, the ambiance is very homie, the weather in this location is very fine, the food was sumptous yet affordable. The people in Kesabella are very kind, they are approachable and comes when you needed them the most. For a month of stay in Kesabella, they became our family away from home. ❤️ Madam Maral has the best jam in Armenia!! I can tell coz i brought home jams from supermarket but nothing beats her jams!! If we will be back to Armenia, this will be our lodging place, no doubt. ❤️ They are really true to the name of their hotel. Kesa (Casa/House) Bella (beautiful)... really a beautiful place. Tips: this place is more or less 5km far from the center. So be prepare to hail a taxi, use Yandex app. But very near to airport so no need to hurry. The owner himself will fetch and drive you to airport..What more can you ask for right? Everything is here!!!

We were staying two nights in the hotel. The room was clean, they have conditioner and fridge, also all shower facilities. Corridors and rooms are decorated with very beautiful paintings. The breakfast was also find ( for the first time see chicken drumsticks for breakfast though))) 6 km to the airport and 10 min by taxi, it can be provided by the hotel for 10 euro. Disadvantage that it's close to the highway. Breakfast is from 9 to 10 am. We were going earlier so apparently no breakfast. The ventilator is so loud in the room that I could not sleep, it feels like engine is working next to you ( and no it's not a conditioner, it's just ventilating mechanism).

I was passing through, a long transit. Not far from the airport, about $4 by taxi, world map and Yandex works. I thank administrator Toros for his help. Instantly responds to messages and all requests. A quiet room in the courtyard on the first floor was offered, but I thought it was cold there and I settled in the main building, on the third floor. Everything is fine, I slept and rested. They helped lift the suitcase and lower it, because there is no elevator. The room has everything you need: tea, coffee, slippers. All is clear. There is a good supermarket nearby. I recommend it, especially for long transit. Because there are no normal hotels very close to the airport.
