When asked for a pad and pen which wasn’t in the room I was told to go to reception. Shower broken. Towels dirty

The location is very good close to the main road, services had to wait for a while no one was there front desk. The room was so dusty you could even smell it. The bathroom sink was not flowing quickly it took long time for water to sink even after brushing my teeth. There was no shower gel and the drying towel was a bit stained. Breakfast was very good and the staff was lovely. I wish there is an option of uploading video would have uploaded it.

Love staying in this hotel when visiting Birmingham.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean hotel in general.
One disappointment was when I came down around 06:30 down to the lobby to ask for milk sachets, there wasn’t anyone present , I waited for some time, however nobody attended to me. So for this I graded the hotell 4 smiles instead of 5

Hotel is fine, it’s clean and fairly modern. The rooms need an upgrade, no plug socket next to bed.
