Service excellent on what had been a fraught day, receptionist so helpful and polite. Booked in to breakfast and can honestly say, that having stayed in several competitors the quality ofvfood and service was exceptional. Particular credit to Aisha, a credit to you organisation. Reception able to assist in extending our stay will definately stay again as will be over this way for next 6 months at least

I arrived at the train station early (about 12 o'clock) and called the hotel to ask if I could check in early. The answer was yes, thank you very much! And the waiters are friendly and kind.
Outside, there is an Easter decoration in the corner next to the service counter. There are various eggs with different flavors on it. You are welcome to pick them up, which adds to the Easter atmosphere! 🎈🤡🐣🐰
There is a small refrigerator in the room, which is convenient for storing some food and fruits.
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station and the city center. It's very peaceful!

When you walk in the room is immaculate and clean. Bed was comfortable with good pillows and room was warm upon arrival which was a bonus. The toilet had enough clean towels, toilet itself was clean, good water pressure plus it was hot. The inly downside there was no teabags/coffee but nothing reception cannot resolve. Would recommend Novotel perfect location 5mins walk from the train station, parking on site and it is well in the city centre if you want to get some food.

The environment is very good, close to the train station, only a 7-minute walk away. I booked a double bed room. The room was very tidy and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It would not put pressure on bed-goers. The breakfast buffet was very rich. When I entered the elevator after breakfast, I met a local grandmother who asked me if I had had breakfast. She told me that breakfast here is the very thing you want here! There is also a bar on the first floor of the hotel with a wide variety of wines. The hotel I booked 2 months in advance cost less than 70 pounds a night. All in all, it’s great, highly recommended!
