Our flight was delayed and once I got connected to wifi I contacted the property to request a later check in, which was automatically denied. When we got there I called both the landline number and mobile number several times and it went to voicemail every time. Tried calling every hotel in the area looking for somewhere to stay but as it was the weekend of the Black Sabbath reunion concert, which we were attending, everywhere was booked. I got a text about about an hour later telling me they were closed and gave the name of another hotel to try, which I did and they were also fully booked. After wandering around in the dark and the rain in a foreign country for over an hour in an area that felt quite unsafe, we were desperate and even when I offered to pay extra for them to meet us with the key they wouldn't. Over an hour after first contacting them and then suggesting we try a different hotel they said to try the key box and gave me the code. There was a key left there for us. They said we were lucky the key was left there and said best of luck. We were just happy to have somewhere to sleep but the place wasn't in great condition. The blinds didn't close properly and the room was bright from the street lights outside. The tram is right outside the apartment and it's quite a noisy spot with people out for the night. There were just 2 towels. No shampoo, no showel gel. There was a big crack on the base of the shower. The bed was quite uncomfortable. Overall quite a bad experience and I'd say customer service skills definitely need improvement.

Paid £178, for 2 rooms for 1 night. All the windows have slat blinds on them and most of the slats are missing, not a huge problem in most rooms but the bathroom looked out onto Wolves, main bus station, so as soon as you walked in the light came on, on a sensor and everyone could look straight in, so we were unable to shower. Paid a £50 per room deposit in cash for the keys!!!! Our room didn't have a fridge as advertised, had to use our friends one next door. Their room had a smoke alarm hanging off the ceiling about 5 inches. Every room had holes in the walls from either things that had been removed or fists put thru' them including the wardrobe. On our arrival, we found a dirty towel in the bathroom, bulb out in the kitchen, tv remote not working. Towels and bed linen were clean, but the matress under it was vile, so was the setee in the kitchen. Our friend's room was also above a night club and they were disturbed by music and noise for most of the night. Ideal location for train and bus stations and very central, just needs a bit of money spending on it very soon. The photos of the property must have been taken years ago. Won't be staying again!!!!!

Cheap but this place is absolutely vile. £50 cash deposit paid at the corner shop below for a loud, dirty place with broken furniture! This is a health hazard let alone a permissible place to sleep. Do not stay here, spend your money elsewhere.

I stayed there for two nights, (Fri/Sat) as I was attending an weekend event at KKs. I admit I didn't read the reviews until a week before and started getting nervous, however it was nowhere near as bad as they make out. The location is convenient for town being right next to the Rail and Bus Stations, sure there are a few homeless people about but you get that in any city centre these days The room was clean with a kitchen area with sofa and separate double bedroom. The shower was also clean and had decent pressure, maybe the window could be blurred abit as it looked into bus station. As other reviews mention there is £50 deposit but I got it back ok. I would stay again

Absolutely vile place to stay in. I would not even give them a one-star, but there is no zero! My son booked us a room as we attended a concert, did not have time to look around the room. On returning to the room before 11pm only to find that a sheet had been put on the bed covering a large blood stain and multiple stains which I do not wish to imagine or comment as to what they were or could be. There was no one available to speak to as they had closed the shop attached to the hotel. The notice in the room provided the number with, upon ringing, multiple times went to the answerphone and had no option to leave a message. My son and I slept on the sofas, resulting in my son sleeping on the floor on the uncomfortable sofa cushions. I did not sleep at all, clock watching and waiting for the shop to open to get my deposit back and request management look at the dire state of the room. Opening times were supposed to be 8 am, am still here with no shop open, and no one was present on premises to speak to. I will be putting in a full complaint and advise anyone who wishes to stay here, do not! There are stains in furniture and on walls. It is a complete disgrace.

We give one point because there was a cleanish bathroom,. The sink plug was broken. In the kitchen area, the utensils were woeful! 4 frying pans but only one plate, no cups/mugs and very little in the way of crockery or cutlery. The windows had vertical blinds and only the bathroom blind was complete. The rest of the blinds were broken, so that it was impossible to ensure privacy. The window were all open and it was not possible to close them. The bed was just about adequate. Needless to say, we will not darken their doors again! And to think it was more expensive than the Premier inn!

Awful! Handrails on entrance wobbly. Whilst having paid upfront, £50 was requested in case of damages to be refunded on leaving. Room dirty. No kettle. Fridge smelt rank. Kitchen cupboard doors missing. We had to request cups. Microwave filthy. Tv remote broken. Tv reception poor and screen pixilated. Window in bathroom could not open. Shower basin cracked and filthy. Fire alarm activated at 3.45 in morning presumably by resident smoking. No toilet rolls.

SEEDY SEEDY PLACE I was asked for £50 cash deposit on arrival having already booked and paid via ***********. The flat was severely damaged already so can only assume this was a fleece. no wifi. no facilities at all. fridge broken. windows were broken and none would close. flat was actually windy with all doors rattling and / or slamming all night. the bedsheets were dirty. legs still itch. disgusting. tv is hanging off the wall by a nail ready to land on someone. i could have done without finding a broken, used, CRACK PIPE on the kitchen counter. i promptly returned this to the reception. the 'reception' was he corner shop downstairs. I cut my thumb on something shortly after and now must go and get tested for anything. the flat actually vibrated from something. so no sleep was had. travellers should know that it is also NOT a safe part of town. I was harassed three times just at the front door.
