Very straightforward check in, welcoming host. Room served us well during our stay. Breakfast was good, we could help ourselves to the cereals and juices etc. A waitress took our order for breakfast, a fried English breakfast and filtered coffee arrived in a timely manner. I was really impressed.
Shops, bars and pubs just a 5 min walk away. Parking was convenient and secure. If I’m in and around this area again, I will be booking here.

Room is a bit small, can only open one luggage in the room. So better just bring one luggage upstairs. The building is a little bit old but can see that they placed efforts in renovating it. Stylish renovation. Feel very cozy. Room and bathroom is clean in general. They clean every day. For breakfast they serve English breakfast, some one will come and you can order your food. Very nice experience.

We have just had a great stay at the St Andrews House Hotel. The room was clean and comfy, the breakfast was freshly cooked and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Preston area .

My husband booked the 19th July for our 38th wedding anniversary. May 22 he had a brain aneurysm, I notified the hotel asking for a refund but was denied. on 22nd June my husband died. I contacted the company saying my husbands funeral was on the 15th july. but yet again, they refused any consideration,

Lovely hotel for our stay in Preston to watch Oasis in Manchester, really clean & lovely rooms, comfortable bed. Good breakfast & friendly staff.
