Pessima esperienza
Struttura degli anni 70-80 che necessita una ristrutturazione.
Lavandino in camera vecchio e non funzionante correttamente.
Ho scelto questo hotel per la disponibilità della palestra, al mio arrivo ho scoperto non era funzionante e non agibile. Ho chiesto di essere rimborsato e mi hanno dato 3€, ridicolo…
Cena a buffet di bassissima qualità
Il personale è stato addestrato a dire sorry sorry per ogni inconveniente.

Nicht noch einmal
Altes Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.
Morgens beim check out unfaehiges personal (wollte die Übernachtung doppelt abkassieren)
Massage ne Katastrophe, als wenn dir 30min jmd den Rücken eincremt trotz mehrmaliger Äußerung, dass stärker massiert werden soll.
Sauna und Pool Landschaft war top.
Zimmer war groß, aber mit Teppich ausgelegt, wo gefühlt an mehreren Stellen drauf gekotzt wurde (Flecken und Verschmutzungen)

We had a birthay celebration in Grand Hotel Primus, Club Gemina. Everything was great. The offer, the decoration of the place, staff, food, drinks, service... we even got a super room for the night and a discount for using the wellness area. It was realy a perfect choice!

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen hat aber trotzdem einen gewissen Charme. Speziell das nette und hilfsbereite Personal macht einige Mängel wett. Das Zimmer war ok mit einem großen Badezimmer. Leider sind die Matratzen schon sehr durchgelegen und müssten nun bedingt erneuert werden. Wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen, zumal die ruhige Lage des Hotels ein absolutes Plus ist. Wir hatten Halbpension, wobei speziell das Buffet am Abend vielfältig und lecker war. Frühstück war dagegen eher eintönig und es war oft nicht das ganze Angebot vorhanden, da sehr zögerlich nachgelegt wurde. Die Lage des Hotels ist wie gesagt sehr ruhig und man ist in ca 15-20 min zu Fuß im Herzen von Ptuj. Wir sind viel gewandert und haben das Hotel als idealen Ausgangspunkt empfunden. Der Badebereich ist zwar alt aber sehr schön und hell gestaltet ( römischer Stil). Das Wasser war sehr angenehm warm und das Bad bietet viele Möglichkeiten der Unterwassermassage inkl. Freibecken. Alles in allem hat es uns trotz kleiner Mängel sehr gut gefallen, Preis/Leistung war aus unserer Sicht OK.

Terrible. The staff acts like they are the only ones in the world. Unfriendly. Especially the Sauna part. I do not recommend a visit, but it is true that they are the only ones on Ptuj, so they are lucky. Find another location for rest and sauna.

Wir hatten hier eine schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Servicepersonal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Essensbereich gab es eine vielfältige Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Unverträglichkeiten konnten mit dem Personal besprochen und immer eine Lösung gefunden werden. Besonders angenehm empfanden wir den großräumigen Saunabereich, und die von den Saunameistern geführten Saunagänge, welche wirklich ein schönes Erlebnis waren. Hotel- und Freibad waren im Zimmerpreis inkludiert.

Das schönste Hotel in Ptuj und Umgebung. Sehr modernes und am Rande eines Naturschutzgebietes angelegtes Hotel. Überaus freundliches Personal insbesondere am Empfang. Saubere Zimmer und hervorragendes Essen mit vielen regionalen Produkten.
