1. Hotel said Wi-Fi. It has no working/ effective Wi-Fi, it is a misrepresentation:
2. It has very low air conditioning: kids got heavily bitten by mosquitoes.
3. City and hotel room was an additional £75.
4. Terrasini is not walkable. 50 euros there and back to get shopping and eat out with hotel taxi,
5. If you eat lunch or dinner buffet it is 30 euros.
6. The private beach cove is magical and pools are what makes it worth while. Kids don’t care about 1-5:

Struttura molto carina, peccato l’organizzazione pessima, pasti scadenti e personale di sala molto scortese. Per fortuna ottima animazione e personale molto educato del bar, ragazzo tatuato molto educato e professionale e le ragazze tutte molte gentili e accoglienti

Sono stato in questa struttura nel 2020 posto carino piscina e mare buono , ma oggi sono stato trattato come un animale al ristorante,cibo congelato e cucinato malissimo,pietanze servite ancora crude e congelate, Mi sono alzato dal tavolo a bocca asciutta e profondamente deluso In futuro non andrò più, e non mi sento di consigliare questo posto a nessuno

E' già la seconda volta che passo 4 giorni in questa splendida struttura. Panorama mozzafiato, piscine pulite, stanza Family con 2 ambienti separati per le famiglie eccezionale. Ho trovato migliorato il servizio ristorazione , molto ben organizzato rispetto allo scorso anno. Animazione molto competente e non invasiva. Staff cordiale e accomodante. Amministrazione dell'albergo sempre pronta a risolvere ogni problema qualora si presentasse. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e sicuramente ci tornerò con la mia famiglia.

Struttura grande ma un po' fatiscente, ovviamente ci vuole tempo per renderla al top, le stanze standard lasciano un po' a desiderare. Cibo buono e abbondante, i miei complimenti ai camerieri gentili e disponibili. Animazione top soprattutto con Aurora autentico vulcano. Mi sono posto la domanda : Ci torneremo? Inizialmente guardando la camera NO, ma poi vedendo il resto CI TORNERÒ SICURAMENTE con la speranza che venga sistemato qualcosa, attenzione la mia non è una critica ma un consiglio. Il posto guardandolo è un paradiso.

Abbiamo trascorso cinque giorni io, mio marito e i miei due figli meravigliosi in questo posto incantevole. Location stupenda, ha tre piscine bellissime e curate. Pulizia camere e cibo ottimo. Un ringraziamento particolare va ai ragazzi dell animazione, Baldo, Aurora e Raffaella. Tutti veramente simpatici e divertenti, ci siamo sentiti far parte di una grande famiglia. Ritorneremo sicuramente!
