La struttura è veramente ben tenuta e offre tutti i comfort necessari, buona l’animazione, splendida la location che si affaccia sul mare, il cibo non eccellente ma per il prezzo pagato direi che ci sta! Strategica la posizione vicinissima all’aeroporto! Ottima la spa, ho fatto un massaggio di coppia ed è stato molto apprezzato, brave le ragazze e super gentil! Tornerò sicuramente

Die Ankunft war im allgemeinen sehr schön, nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, aber leider gab es auch einige die seeeeeehr unmotiviert wirkten... Was schön wäre, wenn in einem Hotel, wo auch internationale Touristen einchecken, mehr Mitarbeiter wären, die zumindest ein bisschen Englisch sprechen könnten.

Stay away, worse than 2 star.
Don't waste your money, view is the only positive thing about this place, lunch = tasteless and no options, dinner = should be forbidden to eat, chewy and undercooked, staff at reception = unhelpful and arrogant, no help bringing luggage down or up, no iron or iron board, water slides not maintained so can easily hurt or tear your skin.
Overall not recommended, everything has been cut to the bone for profit? Or whatever the reason.

Top Lage direkt am Meer mit atemberaubender Aussic
Besonders freundlicher Empfang. Obwohl das Abendessen bei unserer Ankunft eigentlich schon geschlossen hatte, wurden wir trotzdem noch freundlich bedient. Schönes sauberes Zimmer mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Meer samt Sonnenuntergang. Frühstück und Abendessen waren immer sehr gut. Auch vom Restaurant hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Anlage ist riesig mit unzähligen Swimmingpools, Sportplätzen, Spazierwegen, Spielplätzen, und sehr schön gepflegt. Überall Blumen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal, man wird überall gegrüßt und hat das Gefühl, hier wirklich willkommen zu sein. Woher die schlechten Bewertungen von früher kommen ist für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar, die Anlage ist inzwischen in einem sehr guten Zustand und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Grande villaggio vicino Terrasini
Grande villaggio con tante piscine e diverse attività. Purtroppo l’ala nella quale abbiamo soggiornato era vecchiotta e necessiterebbe di ristrutturazione così come altre parti della struttura. Abbiamo avuto problemi con le camere che ci avevano assegnato ma in reception hanno gestito in tempi abbastanza rapidi. Le altre persone che erano con noi hanno alloggiato in camere migliori e nuove. Bel balcone che affaccia sul mare. Cucina discreta con diverse proposte. Buona animazione.
