Skandaliczne podejście do gości! Niestety, jestem bardzo rozczarowany moimi odwiedzinami w hotelu Zacisze. Mam 18 lat za 2 miesiące i po bardzo długiej, męczącej trasie chciałem skorzystać z hotelowego basenu, zostałem odprawiony z kwitkiem. Pomimo tego, że jest niemal pełnoletni i zdolny do samodzielnego funkcjonowania, nie pozwolono mi na chwilę relaksu, na którą tak bardzo liczyłem. Uważam, że taka polityka hotelu jest nie tylko niesprawiedliwa, ale i niezrozumiała. Odmówienie dostępu do basenu osobie w tym wieku, która potrzebowała odpoczynku po wysiłku, to absolutny brak elastyczności i wyczucia potrzeb gości. Jesteśmy bardzo rozczarowani, zwłaszcza że nie poinformowano nas o tych restrykcjach przed przyjazdem. Zdecydowanie odradzam ten hotel, szczególnie rodzinom z nastolatkami, którzy mogą spotkać się z podobnym traktowaniem.
