The dining place is full of flies, all staff are not responsive because the table is left too long with dirty plates & tables even though there are staff who are idle and chatting. Only to check the list of guests who have breakfast up to 2 people. The taste of the food is just B, nothing special. The bottom of the sofa looks like it hasn't been mopped because it looks a lot black & sticky + the sofa also smells a bit dusty like it hasn't been vacuumed. Check in took a long time & when we arrived at the room there was a glass that still had cereal left on it when we asked for a new glass we had to call 2 times to get it replaced & asked for 1 extra glass again but couldn't. The staff is not very coordinating, I left my USB on the TV after checking out, I confirmed with the staff that it had been waiting for about 20-30 minutes, the staff came and showed a photo of the back of the TV from housekeeping but nothing was left behind, then not long after when I asked my husband if he could, the receptionist confirmed again and said the USB had been held by the Bell boy. There are no body lotion amenities. When checking out, the receptionist who handled me had a chance to talk to her friend and she said she couldn't close my credit card deposit, & her friend replied that she would call the bank tomorrow, hopefully there won't be any problems because we, the one who handled our check out, have already closed it.
