Very nice stay. The hotel is good. The room was nice and spacious. But the service was unpleasant. It took so long to provide us the iron that we requested. Hopefully Novus will get even better in the future.

Overall it's good, the price is also reasonable because during the holidays the kids get a bit up, the breakfast is okay, there aren't that many variants and the taste is still good at breakfast at other 5 star hotels that we've often tried, for this price our expectations haven't gone in yet, but it's okay.
The retreat was right at the beach, the kids were already swimming, but they ran out of towels, so for those who want to go to the beach, it's better to keep your towel first because when you get back to the hotel, you're going to get boogy, the kids will definitely be cold because they're still wet.
