We loved the hotel. Spectacular view of Lake Lugano. Excellent breakfast and service. You have access to the Aria hotel spa since it is on the same property. It has 3 restaurants and has parking.

This property was a pleasant surprise in all regards and far better than advertised online…Family friendly with excellent activities for all ages. Beautiful and easy access to Lake Lugano with exceptional views from all the rooms! The adjacent spa is brand new and is, appropriately, in the running for the finest spa in Europe! Underpriced and undervalued for what is offered! Highly recommend.

A very special resort in a truly amazing location. I visited with my family (4 of us), staying for six nights. I cannot say enough about this resort. From the moment you arrive you feel comfortable and happy. Even on our first day when we had to wait out a thunderstorm we could make use of the indoor pool and spa, or just sit and watch the spectacle in the mountains around us. The staff are all so polite, friendly and willing to help- great with our daughters, keeping them entertained whilst we enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet or evening meal. The pizza restaurant is a brilliant place to try, a great choice, all freshly made with some gelato available too. There is so much to do around the resort. There is a host of water activities including the chance to get into the lake (or jump if you wish). We made use of the club bimbambino, with our children not wanting to leave! The rooms were great, clean, cool and perfect for their purpose. We rented a car to travel around, Lugano is around 10 minutes drive away, we also headed over to Mount Tamaro and the incredible water park and coaster bob! This is perhaps my favourite holiday, ever. It is just wonderful, cannot recommend enough!

Everything about Parco San Marco is five star. From the breathtaking scenery all over the place, to the meticulous cleanliness & amazing breakfast. All this is topped with friendly, extremely polite & helpful team.

Abbiamo soggiornato con nostro figlio, qualche anno fa, nella parte bassa della struttura e ci era molto piaciuto. Giovedì scorso, a ferragosto incece abbiamo deciso con mia moglie di provare la Spa "adults only" nella parte superiore. Bisogna riservare ed é costata 90 euro a testa. Soldi mai spesi meglio. Il personale gentile e disponibilissimo e l'area di spa, piscine, jacuzzi ecc é enorme. Posto super elegante, location con vista spettacolare, un giardino grande e bellissimo, si puo ordinare praticamente in ogni posto della struttura. Andateci se siete nella zona, merita assolutamente la visita e se avete la possibilità sicuramente anche di soggiornarci per godervi l hotel.

Excellent hôtel rien à redire sur l’accueil, sur le lieu, sur les infrastructures, sur la qualité de la nourriture. Seule élément à prendre à considération mais qui n’est pas lié à la qualité de l’hôtel mais à la politique de prix: il est dommage qu’un certain nombre de services soit en supplément : prise électrique pour vehicule, parking, lit bébé, prix des restaurants (qui demeurent toutefois dans la fourchette haute des restaurants de la région), supplément de 100 euros pour allumer le courant dans la cuisine- en résumé, c’est un excellent hôtel cependant dans le prix il faut prendre en compte ces suppléments mais une fois que c’est fait le séjour vaut le détour.

We absolutely loved our time at Parco San Marco. Highlights were the beach area (beautiful, neat and with lovely bars and restaurants), the staff (every single one was polite, helpful and charming), the views (wherever you are you’re surrounded by stunning vistas of the lake and the mountains) and the breakfast (I recommend the terrace and trying as much of the buffet as possible!). And although the hotel was full or close to full it still felt peaceful and calm. Can’t recommend enough, will definitely be booking again.
