Nice hotel, with great view & good restaurant on sight. Note the best restaurant in town, l’atelier des Saveurs, is related to the hotel & can be booked with them. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are comfortable, but tv was not working & if upstairs be prepared to climb with yr luggage (no lift). Wifi works well. The location is walking distance to all attractions. Off street parking is available. Pool is heated. All in, a great place to stay in Cilaos

Super hôtel avec une très belle vue. Et très bien situé L’accueil au top, le buffet et petit déjeuner rien à dire. Tout était très bon Merci aux équipes nous reviendrons c’est certain!! Les chambres sont impeccables Je recommande cet hôtel 😍 Agréable séjour

Nous sommes arrivés un jour de grande pluie, la chambre agréablement spacieuse n'était pas chauffée nous avons eu très froid. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner était bon mais nous y avons eu très froid également. Le personnel est gentil mais peu présent.

Le choix est vite vu sur Cialos. Celui-ci est assurément un bon compromis. Il possède son propre restaurant (de bonne facture) ce qui est bien pratique car le choix est lui aussi limité en ville. Il est central, et sa piscine est très agréable. A noter tout de même qu'en milieu d'après--midi le soleil disparaît, et en montagne il fait alors vite froid ...
