Michelle et moi avons passé une merveilleuse escapade au Meliá S an Carlos, un hôtel qui combine élégance, confort et une touche historique inoubliable. Dès notre llegada, la propreté et l’organisation de chaque espace nouss ont conquis. Notre chambre, avec une vue imprenable sur la ville, nous a permis de profiter des couchers de soleil magnifiques et de sentir le charme particulier de Cienfuegos. Le matin, nous avons savouré un délicieux p etit-déjeuner au roof-top restaurant, un vrai plaisir avec une vue panoramique sur la ville e qui se réveille lentement sous le soleil caribéen. Les choix étaient variés, parfaits pour com mencer la journée du bon pied. Mais le moment le plus agréable fut sans doute nos soirées au bar du lobby, où Daniel, avec son accueil chaleureux et ses excellents conseils, nous a recommandé un vin rouge exquis qui a accompagné à merveille notre détente. Quelle attention ! Si vous cherchez un hôtel qui offre à la fois histoire, c confort et un service impeccable, Meliá San Carlos est sans au cun doute l’option idéale pour un séjour à Cienfuegos. On reviendra !

I was visiting that hotel on the recommendation of some friends and the truth is the place was not bad at all, the service was not the fastest but the coffee was worth it. If I visit again it will be for their cappuccinos because closed places are not my thing 👌

the roof top resturant has the Best buffet in town and also the finest and cheapest at the same time , you can have a hot buffet breakfast for 1500 peso , all you can eat and drink for that price , you can only get an sandwich and one cup of coffee on the street cafe , do not be fooled , eat at this fine hotel and safe yourself a lot of money !

Came in a group so different from other people; but very nice, very nice renovated building, room with everything you need. On the other hand, at the bar, they take us for pigeons: for 2 cocktails they ask us 10 €, after a chat, it comes to 8 € but in euros; no pesos or credit cards, and the drinks are not at all great. Rejsto on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the city, and there they accept pesos!! But overall, it's nice. Good hotel for Cuba

Hôtel à éviter vraiment, chambre vue sur la ville sans lumière et non étanche au bruit avec un groupe électrogène qui tourne sans arrêt suite aux coupures d'électricité quotidienne.Pas de Wi-Fi pendant 24h , nourriture du restaurant immonde et petit déjeuner identique ,pour le prix demandé c'est de l'arnaque.
