The location is good, but not excellent, when it comes to Cayo Guillermo. The beach at the Hotel is reasonable, you need to go a long way to get more than 1m deep. The rooms need maintenance, but the bed and air conditioning were excellent. The Hotel is All Inclusive, the food is generally good when it comes to Cuba, but I found it strange that at lunch and dinner they only offered Beer or Water to drink. Juices only for breakfast. The drinks are not good, but the beer is good. Entertainment at night is poor. But, considering that the daily rate is low, it is excellent. Don't forget to go to Playa Pilar on a calm day. Also go to the public beach of Cayo Coco, which is very cool and you can talk to the Cuban people.

Fun resort with friendly staff. Even though some things were wobbly and worn out, the atmosphere among the guests and staff was excellent.

Pasamos unos días geniales aquí, destacar al community manager que estuvo pendiente de nuestra estancia desde que llegamos ,atención especial especial en el bufet por parte de los cocineros y la animación excelente, la fiesta playa el viernes fue de lo que más disfrutamos ,se pasa muy bien

All the pp there r amazing love the beaches planning for another trip in November again Want to go twice a year can’t wait to come back I don’t know what to say I love it there If I could live there I would the entertainment was better in October when I went but it was still good

La verdad es que la pasamos super bien con los chicos de animación, los trabajadores en general son atentos y serviciales, no puedo dejar de comentar la diversión y risa que formábamos al asistir al bufet por la falta de PLATOS, como cubanos al fin convertimos la dificultad y escasez en una comedia, la mala calidad del arroz, la falta del abastecimiento del bar, EL CAFÉ nunca me lo pude tomar como es, siempre lo que brindaba era Americano. ¡¡¡Pero volvería a ir!!!
