Really old and bad hotel. I don’t know how gives them 4 star category, they are more like 1 star. Bathroom stinks, sheets and towels are old, basically a run down hotel. They should just shut it down. Or convert to museum. There is a reason the hotel is cheap, because it’s that bad. Swiss bel should remove their name from this property, owner definitely doesn’t care about the hotel. Everything in the hotel is old and rustic including plates in breakfast area with old cutlery. It’s obvious that once may be in glory era it might be a decent hotel but now it’s run it’s course.

The rooms are very spacious, with very large and comfortable bed, rooms and bathroom was clean. Rooms are quite dated, but not yet shabby. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of different things. In a good location to explore the main sights of Bandung on foot.

I was given excellent information regarding Bandung and the staff 'Pak Wildan' , the concierge is awesome and he is very informative and friendly! Overall room is nice and the vibe is absolutely great. Recommended for guest that ever visit Bandung. Definitely will be a return guest.

Everything is old and outdated in this hotel. Check-in was slow and we had to wait past the check-in time. Breakfast is just so so. The worst thing is that we had to cross a metal bridge from the train station to the hotel. The horrifying thing is that the bridge is almost falling apart.

This hotel is recommended for a place to stay on vacation with family or business because this hotel is very strategic and close to the tourist attractions of the city of Bandung, and culinary places, I first entered the room in the room clean and neat for a fairly unique breakfast menu, the staff is very friendly especially NANDO he really helpful me and my family when breakfast in the restaurant. The interior design of the hotel an inviting and friendly atmosphere, giving the right impression according to the character and concept of the cafe. The pleasant and warm atmosphere is the main attraction, making visitors feel like they have come home, even if only for a moment.

I stayed two nights in a business class room, this is my first time staying here. The impressions are the hotel location is strategic close to the station, culinary places, and is in the city center. The room is clean, it's just that the toiletries in the room are not replaced at 2nd night, there is no bar soap, there is no bell door. If compared to other hotels in the same class at the same price, I think it's just good enough.

I enjoyed staying at Arion, the hotel and rooms were clean, the food was quite delicious and I could sleep soundly all night until the morning. The reseptionist was also friendly and very helpful, thank you I will stay at Arion again next time
