Friendly and attentive staff, clean room. Reasonable quality/price breakfast.
To improve: the price per night is expensive for a residence of this type, it must be around -30 euros for the room.

Je viens souvent et c est la première fois que .j ai un studio dont il manque certains équipements..( seche cheveux...hotte aspirante ...meuble de lavabo..)....propreté impeccable

Résidence bien située pour visiter le pays basque. Supplément (50 euros) pour ne pas avoir une vue sur le parking mais pour une vue de côté sur le Fort de Socoa. Appartement très propre avec change de linge à mi séjour (séjour de 15 jours). Canapé à changer (appt 64). Attention : le wifi ne passe pas du tout !

Super mais certains appartements sont très humides
Accueil très agréable, accès rapide et emplacement de la résidence super, belle vue, mais une humidité insupportable dans l'appartement. Le linge ne séchait pas après avoir été étendu pendant 2 jours. Odeur de moisi et d'humidité dans les cousins et la literie. Problème connu par la réception pour les appartements du rez de jardin qui sont "enfoncés dans le sol"
