衞生：床邊的瓜子皮都沒掃乾淨，其他地方的衞生還行~
設施，環境：一進酒店黑不拉幾的，捨不得開燈，衹有前台附近的燈是亮的~咱也不知道為什麼評分這麼高~到屋子裡雙床房衹有一個小牀頭櫃還不和床貼着，衣櫃開門都怕門要下來，大門的反鎖扭不好用，和前台説讓換房間她不樂意給換説讓服務員來看，等半天，後面給換了到前台換房卡前台再三問我門不都是一樣的，你確認你之前房間有問題，搞得和我沒住過酒店一樣~你門明顯的扭不好用能一樣嗎~客房服務人員態度也不太好~還一臉的不耐煩~房子還很不隔音~有門和沒門沒什麼區別~房子不小但是透露着簡陋與窮味~我反正不知道這麼高的評分怎麼來的~再説説早餐~什麼都沒有，就衹有煮雞蛋~小饅頭，沒有麪包什麼的，餐品單一~反正這酒店是我住過最差的~都是河北省的酒店人家邯鄲的酒店，石家莊的酒店，涉縣什麼的酒店同等價位比這不知好上多少~大家慎選~

挺不錯的房子，在方特晚上遊玩回來在此居住，房間乾淨。洗澡間遇水透明，帶孩子住有點小尷尬。

整體還不錯，樓下有個比較大的停車場。早餐開始的比較晚，在旅遊季，7點30才能用餐，對於趕行程的朋友確實有點不太方便。房間裏有直飲水，這點還挺人性化。離方特和響堂山都不算遠。
