Air conditioning is very bad in this hotel & we are in September how about the cooling in July & August..
they have to consider that Europe gets hotter year after year..

Wir sind schon 17 Jahre im Hotel, es war immer sehr nett, diesen mal im Juni wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich. Im Restaurant sehr viele Fliegen auf dem Essen. Die Sitze im Restaurant sehr schmutzig. Jetzt haben sie Haki gekündigt der schon seit 15 Jahren im Hotel ist und der netteste Mensch im Hotel war. Er hat uns immer nett empfangen war für uns da, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Haki hat nur noch 3 Jahre bis zur Pension und nun haben sie ihm gekündigt. Wir finden das eine Frechheit.

Went to the Spa area and also booked a back and shoulder massage. It was one of the best massage I've ever had, the lady was really nide too. It only cost 25€ and was definitely worth it. There were also some saunas and ultrared cabine which was nice. Unfortunately the water was quite cold, too cold for me. But it was a very nice and I enjoyed it.

Sehr schlimmer Urlaub die Frau am Empfang ist sehr unwohl wir sind leider zum auschecken gezwungen worden wegen ihrer unfreundlichen Art , gleich nebenan gab es dann ein retro Hotel wo die Leute alle freundlich sind , aufjendefall niemanden zum empfehlen dieses Savannah Hotel 🤮

this hotel is improving each time I go there. staff very helpfull always with smile and ready to help and serve. food as always exeptional, breakfast I must consider as extra exeptional and they improve a lot.
