入住時服務員辦錯房間，還得我們搬着行李樓上樓下跑，結果前台還無人值守，等了好久，不但不道歉，還説是上一班服務員的錯誤；入住後房間沒有手抽紙；馬桶腳踢沖水是壞的無法使用；我們訂的含雙份自助早餐，到餐廳看到食台空空如也，説是住店人少就不做早飯了，要吃就給煮碗麪條；淋浴間半個玻璃門，不但水外濺還不保暖。請問這還是格林豪泰酒店嗎？無管理太差勁，是我住過的服務最差的酒店。

出差臨時住的，在市中心，離琅琊山景區近，吃飯遊玩都方便。前台服務也很好，有什麼需求都是立馬迴應，有單獨的停車場，停車方便免費，還有充電樁，自駕很方便，房間乾淨衞生。還有智能小度和智能馬桶，這個價格挺合適的。

本次入住體驗不佳，首日入住因平台問題下單雙床實際沒房，臨時措施安排兩個大床可以接受，10/17早上告知沒房無法續住沒有提前預留也沒事後其他方案，退房時又説有大床沒有高級大床，服務差評， 另外連住多日未主動更換床上用品也不問

住過不少次了，這次的房間不太行 尤其是電吹風，灰把進氣孔都堵住了，吹出來風過熱手都燙傷了，吹不到2分鐘過熱保護了，再打開死活打不開 廁所膠條脱落了，地上水也很容易流到房間

房間大，乾淨衞生，去最繁華的蘇寧廣場也很近，價格也實惠。下次有機會還去滁州。離滁州北站也非常近，步行就可以到達。
