The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my suitcase there for a couple of hours longer after I had checked out.

Part of a trip round Switzerland. Stayed one night after the Bernina Express train trip.
No staff about in evening and restaurant not open at night no menu available no bar
Basic rooms but clean enough. Not much choice at breakfast

Very nicely located hotel. Very clean. Breakfast very good. Staff extra helpful and friendly. Room spacious and comfortable ( could use extra pillows). Would absolutely stay here again

Good location for stopover before Bernina Express
We used this as a stopover From Zürich to board the Bernina express. The hotel is simple, but it was clean and has a good location. A 10 minute walk from the train station. It is close to old town and we enjoyed walking around the area.

Waren positiv überrascht. Grosszügiges Zimmer, sehr sauber, gute Betten, Bad tip top. Zimmer zum Fluss sicher ruhiger als zur Strasse. Service freundlich, Frühstück standard. Lage gut - aber Chur ist auch klein.

Ok but could do better
It is surprising what is considered the most expensive room. Furniture needed updating. It wasn’t old in a traditional way but in a been here and knocked about way. View from room was other roofs. When I queried that it was the most expensive I was told it was a quiet room.! Restaurant was closed apart from breakfast which was disappointing as we always choose hotel with restaurant. Close to railway station but also on a corner of busy busy road. Parking is ok if you have a small car. We don’t and it was a very tight squeeze. Photo of hotel is very flattering. The shower is over a bath so can be tricky to access for anyone who can’t get in it out if bath easily .

Expensive but convenient to old city and train
Room was on the top floor with only a tiny window. Expensive for what it was. Comfortable
Enough but better pillows are needed
Basic room only with dated furniture and decor
Staff on reception super friendly
When we checked in nobody advised about included breakfast so we nearly missed it

Lovely room, excellent staff
I was so happy in my single room. Very spacious room with wood floor and big bathroom. Quiet at night. The wifi didn’t work.
Close to train station and old town.
Breakfast was very basic and they had rotten fruit, which was pretty much the only downside of the whole hotel.
