集裝箱做的房間，挺新奇。而且房間裏面跟一般的商務酒店比，大小，電器配置都差不多，甚至還有小浴缸可以泡澡。
配有微波爐，可以在前台領免費的便當自己加熱。

基本的には良い。但し、極寒時では・・・
同宿泊施設チェーンは、他地域でも好んで利用する。山梨中央は、今回が初めての宿泊。当日夜の気温0度ともなると、暖房の効きが追い付かない感じ。特に壁際やデスク下は常に冷え冷えとした感じ、、、暖かくならなかった（この点が残念）。

とても、暑い日に泊まりましたが、部屋は涼しくて快適でした。部屋の近くに駐車できていい。軽食、珈琲のサービスがいいです。シャワールームの浴槽が広く快適に使用することができました。

チェックインしてすぐにお部屋に入った時に、ちゃんと冷房が効いてたので、非常に有り難かったです。朝のご飯用の冷凍食品のカレーも美味しかったです。
