房間雖然有些年頭但維護的都還不錯 並且地理位置緊靠市區 外出就餐非常方便 但酒店的中餐廳也很不錯 我們入住當晚品嚐了酒店的千島湖魚頭湯 非常鮮美！並且服務很周到 臨行前還奉送了礦泉水和地方特色小食，讓我們回滬路上都不用再準備零食啦 感謝😍

因為自行車環千島湖賽，正好帶娃出遊，開元的親子招牌是必選的。先説酒店硬傷，類似半島的形式，從島口到最裡麪的客房快有一公里，不過天生硬傷也沒辦法。酒店看得出有點年份，但是保養應該是很注意到，至少像衞生間打膠沒有發黴，應該還是能説明一些問題的，不過小建議馬桶蓋至少加個阻尼吧，2024年了還砰砰響，不太習慣…接下來正題表揚：所有員工非常對得起開元的親子招牌，好幾個一眼i人的員工也會主動打招呼，我覺得這種真誠的小尷尬要比流程的標準來得更真誠，所以工作日還有巨高的帶娃入住率，就不解釋了。點名表揚A區6樓樑阿姨，還特地送了小禮物，值得五星好評！

很好的一次入住體驗！買的是景觀湖景房，前台主動給升級成豪華湖心湖景房。入住期間，管家雯雯和服務員樑阿姨服務熱心周到，回覆及時。帶的充電器壞了，抱着試試看的心態詢問酒店是否可以提供使用，雯雯和樑阿姨很快幫忙拿了過來，解了燃眉之急。還有其他小細節，都讓人感到賓至如歸！入住期間還給小朋友送了小禮物🎁，小盆友玩的也很開心。之前看評論説房間老舊，住過之後感覺並沒有給人老舊的感覺，個人還是很推薦！如果下次再去千島湖還會住這家
