非常非常滿意的一次旅行。平時工作比較忙，年後淡季決定出行放鬆休息一下，也是我和先生的結婚紀念日。十分感謝管家欣欣，幫我們升級了正對湖景的套房，房間寬敞開闊，湖景很漂亮。還非常貼心地幫房間佈置好，送了酒水瓜果和蛋糕，一整個儀式感滿滿。除了酒店的用心，工作人員大都比較年輕，溝通很順暢也很友好平等，這樣的氛圍給我們的體驗感很棒！
對於2011年就建成的酒店來説，整體的維護非常不錯。酒店房間是實木貼麪的牆裝飾和傢俱，但是沒有任何異味黴味。入住和每天的清掃都非常乾淨，每天晚飯回來後，阿姨已經幫我們拉好窗簾，做好了入寢的床鋪和地墊，以及擺上牛奶。
酒店的室內泳池不大，但有三個大小池對應不同的温度和功能。酒店的葯浴温泉也很棒，泡完很舒服。包括在酒店周圍漫步，有山有水有風景，空氣清新怡人。一旁的草莓園可以採摘草莓，香氣怡人，果味濃郁。
吃的方面，請大家一定要來試試酒店的魚頭湯，非常鮮美。早上的自助可供選擇的品類豐富，且現做的熱食區不僅有美味餛飩湯麪，還有Egg Benedict，牛排，華夫餅等。
三天兩晚的旅行讓我們意猶未盡，等天氣暖和點我們決定再來。本人不是託，是真實的體驗。如果大家也想找個地方好好放鬆躺平，康養一下身心，來這兒很合適。推薦四天三晚，這樣有兩個全天可以好好在酒店放鬆休息。

淡季來千島湖也別有一番特色。洲際的管家式服務非常好，管家Amy服務非常到位，有求必應，響應也超級快。
酒店本身軟件硬件都沒得説，洲際大品牌果然很大方，礦泉水給好多，早餐種類很多很好吃，中餐廳的魚頭湯比農家樂好喝太多！另外泳池、温泉也都很好。洲際雖然遠在羨山，但完全可以泡酒店。隔壁的植物園爬爬逛逛也很愜意。小童樂園很大，小朋友玩的愛不釋手。朋友的套餐有煙花，酒店禮賓服務小哥還等我們一起回來。非常完美快樂的3天度假！
