The resort is very nice, great location. The service was great, we got tea set with cookies and fruit every afternoon to enjoy afternoon tea. Our cleaning lady Hu Quan Juan was very nice, smiling all the time. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the variety of different dishes and really good coffee (not everywhere available). All in all we would love to stay there again!

I strongly recommend you experience a stay at Hilton Hangzhou Qiandaohu. It was one of the most comfortable stays ever. Maksim, one of the hotel employees, helped us from the start to the end. As a Korean, traveling in China is extremely difficult because of the language barrier. Although, I speak English, most of the Chinese do not. But, Maksim was able to speak 4 languages fluently; Korean, English, Russian and Chinese. He was happy to answer any questions regardless of time. So, if you are a foreigner considering a visit to Qiandaohu, Hilton is the place, and find Maksim when you do so. The hotel upgraded my room when I got there and prepared a nice welcoming fruit in the room. The hotel has a lot of fun activities, and nice restaurants. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable memories here.

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

Our time at the Sheraton Qiandao Lake was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us and make our trip and stay smooth. Sauron was especially helpful and was only a text message away. We would really recommend the hotel. The hot springs were lovely and warm! The only slight inconvenience is its slightly further away from everything and you need to Didi for everything as non Chinese citizens can't use the ebikes or bikes as a foreigner.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

Qiandao Lake Sheraton Family Hotel has a good location and environment. The New Year decoration in the lobby is very beautiful. A good day starts with breakfast. The breakfast is complete. I recommend fresh wontons and freshly made grain cakes. The housekeeper Cora is very enthusiastic. Not only did she contact and arrange the itinerary in advance, but she also took us to check in and experience various room types, which made us feel the warmth of home. There are also many leisure card bars and tea bars on the first floor and various parent-child facilities. The outdoor swimming pool is large and clean. If it were not for swimming in winter, I would definitely go to experience it. The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, providing a comfortable accommodation experience for me and my family. The room has an excellent lake view. From the hotel room, you can overlook the entire lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery of lakes, mountains, clear water and blue sky. Here you can feel tranquility and beauty; the dishes in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor are very tasteful and cost-effective, and the staff is also very timely and patient. The fish head soup is delicious, and Pianerchuan is full. Next time I come to Qiandao Lake, I will stay at Sheraton.

1. Wrong room allocation, no balcony, it took us more than half hour to clarify 2. Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

This is a great family hotel and is very well situated to the town center. We booked a family suit with three beds and the room was perfect. The whole hotel was clean, maybe becoming a bit dated, but not at all bad. The pool was really nice for the children although I remain puzzled at to why there are not so many places to sit eg Sun loungers or chairs….. there are only six loungers? Also there are some lovely positioned umbrella tables around the gardens, but with no chairs? The food is average and after trying we opted to eat out in the local town and some international hotels. All being said this is a fair priced hotel in a good location with a great pool and I would recommend it. What really makes this hotel is the staff will go out of their way to help you. I big shout out to 张静怡, who kindly greeted us upon arrival and kept in touch with us during our stay to ensure things were ok, 张静怡 even gave us a small food gift on departure….. she truly understands customer satisfaction. Well done

The room is big, the bed is comfortable, the service is very good, there are fruits every day for 2 nights, and 2 facial masks are given on the second day. The breakfast is also good, with noodles and rice noodles. It is convenient to eat out. High cost performance! Recommended!

Overall is ok, with a great restaurant, and a chef making superb omelet. But there are 3 points that made the experience a bit disappointing: 1. the gym was temporarily closed. 2. The room I booked, a king Deluxe, was very very small, too small for being a Deluxe, and for a leisure hotel like this. The bathroom has no bathtub, and even not enough space for towels. 3. The staff was always apologizing for some inconvenient, but didn't instead try to solve the problem. For instance in the pool side, I asked for a couple of drinks with ice and straw: they had no straw and no ice there, and didn't want to ask the bar or the restaurant to bring, so I only can take it in that way, with their apologies. Really not what you expect in this kind of hotel.
