This is first time we had bad experiences with stay, we booked thru Priceline , we asked for 2 more more night , they asked to go back and check in again at 3 pm , they gave us a room with table no chair! the power outlets are not working . Bathroom are dirty and bugs are coming from the gap of tap , and another door closed from next room , not secure at all. They are giving breakfast just for a name.Front desk rude and (morning guy) The front desk should know hospitality. we stayed in room no 116 . Our room is very dirty .We will never ever recommend to anyone this , Only we stayed due to medical emergency situation.

I stayed at the one on Broadway. I love staying here because the staff including housekeeping is respectful and very professional. The rooms are clean, housekeeping is reliable and the amenities are top notch. I am taking business courses and really appreciate the wifi! The free breakfast is also really good. Great coffee.... it's always nice and smooth. On mornings I miss breakfast I appreciate being able to make coffee in-room. I miss the tea bags though. I love the room behind the office....I feel safer and that's not a reflection on the hotel or location. It's a personal preference. Tha being said they were accommodating to allow me to switch rooms early into my stay. I appreciated that! Shows flexibility. The ATM on site is also handy. The beds are always reliable... comfortable and well made by staff with fresh linens. I'm truly happy when I'm staying here. And that's a reflection on the hotel staff as well as the hotel itself. Peaceful surroundings as well.
