The theme and little details throughout - stuck with that rambler / 70's arcade etc. Staff members where every where it was nice to see the place so clean.

Loved the vibe and retro feel. Place was clean and staff was responsive during our two night stay. Everything worked out great - including being only one block from the trolley.

Had a fantastic stay here! 10/10 for cleanliness and hospitality. The only negative for us was there was no mini-fridge in our room. It didn't list one in the description, but I just assumed there would be one. Luckily they had great ice right down the hall. The only other negative was the noise at the pool. The vibe was immaculate, but there were some kids screaming every night up until the pool closed at 9pm. That's not the fault of the hotel though. We had a fantastic trip! We will be back for sure if you get some fridges for the rooms.

Fun place to stay! I initially was at the Ramble Cafe to do some work while passing by San Diego for a day. After some research, it was most efficient to simply stay there at the Rambler Motel. The cafe experience was the major contributor to my choice in staying here. The place was so cute and cozy and the vintage vibe is so chill! The rooms are comfy and clean and the pool area seemed so nice! I would stay there again when I have the option.

Fast check in I was right at 4pm check in time. The noise level of next door guests was loud. It would be nice if they came spaced out but probably fully booked or occupied in summer time. Nice coffee shop giving guest discounts I like that. Should have informed guest during check in.

The experience was delightful. We arrived late for the checkin due to a flight delay. However, the staff was sweet in letting us checkin and have a good night of sleep before we went to explore the city of San Diego.
