El lugar es hermosoooo, una vista espectacular del lago titicaca, la atención es A1, 100% recomendado. Prueben el pisco sour, es buenazo, tbm cuentan con happy hour justo en el atardecer es una experiencia única. Yo fui con amigos y la pasamos bomba.

La atención fue increíble, todo el personal muy amable y atento, la vista es de las mejores de Puno. La comida y los tragos riquísimos, tomamos la mejor decisión al hospedarnos aquí. Desconectados completamente del bullicio de la ciudad, pudimos hacer fogata sin complicaciones

La atención del personal fue excelente y el ambiente muy cálido y elegante, con una vista privilegiada al lago Titicaca. Pudimos disfrutar del bar y las bebidas estuvieron muy bien elaboradas al igual que los piqueos. Volvería mil veces!!!

Una experiencia inolvidable, 100% recomendado. Tanto el staf, las instalaciones, el servicio, las vistas, la limpieza todo excelente. Recomendado para ir en familia, amigos y sobre todo para la festividad de la Candeleria, asimismo conectar con la naturaleza.

The staff is very helpfull and kind. The room is spacious with view on Titicaca lake. There are various services available (check the Webiste). My wife had some respiratory issues because of the altitude and the staff was very helpfull providing oxygen even during the night and early morning. A very good place to be to enjoy the lake and a good distance from Puno. We thank the staff of the hotel for their kindness and professionnal behaviour.

Servicio excelente, muy amable todo el personal. Trato impecable, el Hotel es altamente recomendado. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas y una espectacular vista al Lago Titicaca. El desayuno buffet muy variado y abundante. Mucha calidad humana de todo el personal del Hotel.
