It'd been s good staying. The receptionist is nice and funny, the motel manager is helpful and will do whatever he can and reasonable in order to please the customers hoping us to have fun staying there. And also you can tell everyone seems quite happy and satisfied.

When I arrived I was told I had an upstairs unit. Unfortunately I had a lot of luggage. Changing to a lower level was not possible. But an offer was made to assist me with the luggage.
I drove towards the unit and there is no available parking close by. I drove back to the front desk and explained my problem. They told me that they could move a car to allow me to park. One of the staff followed me back and took care of finding a space and also delivering a cone so that I could hold the space when I went out to dinner. He also came back to help with the luggage. So great staff! But the lack of parking (because they let people leave their cars there when they fly) would make me reconsider staying again.
I’d booked an Economy studio and was given an Economy two bedroom. Unit was a blend of older and newer features. Bathroom was updated but shower stall looked older and not as clean. Good water pressure.
Ordered breakfast at the on-site Restaurant. The waffles with berry compote & lemon curd was a large portion but very tasty. Great coffee.

It's very close to the airport and easy to find. The environment is very good and the boss is very nice, very, very nice. I personally think that staying in motels is better than staying in other hotels abroad, because they basically have kitchens where you can cook your own meals. The rooms are very good and well-equipped!

The front desk was changed to the hotel next door. What should I do if I don’t understand English? The receptionist was a one-year-old woman at the time of check-in. She was very cold while eating. She was asked to provide a free drop-off service in the early morning of the next day, saying that the flight was too early, and they would not drop-off until 8 o'clock. At our request, I helped to book a taxi at 6 o'clock the next morning. The taxi did not come. Fortunately, I could speak English. I contacted the taxi company in time and almost missed the flight. The hotel’s facilities are good, but such poor service is disappointing😔

This is my 3rd stay in a few months . Each time, consistent check in process . Cordial and efficient on late night flight arrival into CHC. The team overall is super friendly. This time I was allocated a newer business room on 4th floor. These are amazing ! Large, modern sis opus bathrooms, plenty of wardrobe space, balcony, full size desk. I wished I stayed longer to enjoy for longer. The property is busy yet very quiet. So easy to sleep and get truly good rest. My favourite hotel near the airport. I tried two others which are also good but so noisy outside the room, which does not work well for me when arriving late in the night.

This warm, self contained cottage is bathed in morning sun and coffee on the deck is perfect. Built in 2017 this 116 sq meter cottage is well insulated with double glazing and a heat pump. Its 5 minutes to the airport and also on the bus route to a local mall, Canterbury University & the city. It was built for disability access and has ramps front and back an extra large shower to suit a shower chair if required. Dog friendly with conditions, definitely family & LGBTI+ friendly and kids are welcome. It is in a quiet position at the rear of our property which means we are close by to help out if needed. Chris and Catherine are excellent hosts and look forward to you enjoying your stay with us. For short stay guests, breakfast and tea coffee, milk etc. will be provided. On street parking is available. Excellent location. The reception was friendly and helpful. Love the bsthroom that comes with heater, powerful shower, and even have a heated bar to warm the towels and dry your wears if needed. Highly recommended.

The service was warm, especially the doorman and the front desk who greeted us when we first arrived at the hotel. The guy was enthusiastic and took the initiative to help carry the luggage. Before we checked in, the luggage had been moved to the room. The hotel has a dedicated parking lot, which requires valet parking and costs NZD 30 per day. The room is large and spacious. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is still convenient and comfortable to use. The location of the hotel is also very good, a 2-minute walk from the tram departure station, which is very convenient for shopping and major attractions.

I chose Adina when I first came to Christchurch. The enthusiastic and warm introduction from the front desk made me feel warm instantly. When I walked into the wide corridor of the hotel, the tall doors on both sides seemed to bring me back to my childhood. I grew up in the classical building of Shanghai Bund Source. It really added a special feeling. The hotel rooms are very good, with complete facilities, comfortable and soft beds, and clean and tidy bathrooms. I have introduced it to my relatives, friends and sisters, and they will choose this hotel next time they go to Christchurch.
