Only slight issue as I was not aware that booking of this room had the toilet outside of the room.
Door is not sound proof, often woken up by housekeeping cleaning the toilet before sunrise

Twin room. Bed was firm, room was clean and super pleasant. Shared bathroom was clean and looked nice.
Location of this hotel is perfect.
Hotel is tidy and modern. Close to public transport and easy stroll to city center.

Excellent, exceeded our expectations! It has everything we need for a comfortable stay. There is also a balcony, would be nice to relax and enjoy during summer months.

The pillow cases and bed sheets are dirty, we booked a room for 3 single beds, there is no chair or table or cabinet inside the room, and toilet is at outside and it's sharing toilet with others room. The shower in toilet is broken, the water is not coming out properly. Also, the room is very small and the sound proofing is quite bad. Even the socket in the room is not enough. There is no free parking for us as hotel guest, we need to pay NZD 25 for per night parking. The rating for the hotel overall is very bad, not recommend at all.

Very nice hotel. I've stayed here a few times, very cost-effective. If coming from the airport, bus number 8 goes right past the hotel, or bus number 5 has a stop a few minutes walk away.
