Location is excellent.
Service needs to improve
1. Standard hotel will provide a box/pack of tissue for the guest - I need to request for it
2. In NZ, provide hot chocolate is quite standard, I requested 1st time not done, 2nd time I wrote a note on the desk and ONLY ONE packet of chocolate provided
3. The toilet is so small, for big people will be problem. There was a light non stop blinking, till now no answer and don't know the reason
4. No cupboard for clothes and the only fixed hanger on the wall and right above the table and next to the kettle which you will not able to hang your jacket or jeans properly. I requested for hanger in order to hand my clothes outside the bathroom bar.

The room is a bit small, it's probably OK for one person, but it's a bit crowded for two people. But I still like this design. The suitcase can be opened and placed under the bed to save space, and a stool can be squeezed in for people to sit. The bed is also big and comfortable. The room is well soundproofed and there is no interference. The hotel is in the city center, only 100 meters away from the supermarket and bus station, and there are many restaurants around. It feels better than Ibis, more user-friendly, there is no wardrobe for clothes, but there is a shelf for convenient clothes storage

The hotel is right in the center of town, not a bad restaurant downstairs. The room had an iron, hairdryer, a few towels, bath amenities and even a fridge. Unfortunately my adapters did not work, but the reception gave me two adapters for the duration of my stay.

The location is good for walking around the city and it's conveniently located near the bus station.
When it's late or you don't feel like going out, it's convenient to have food and drinks on the first floor of the hotel, and they're delicious.
The hotel room I stayed in was spacious, so I was able to do a lot of sightseeing during my four nights.

The location was good in the city center. Only downside is that there was no window. So, it was bit strange!
