The whole apartment is very new, with adequate facilities and is clean. There are three floors underground for living and two floors above for living. You need to carry your luggage upstairs, but it is not a big problem. There is no self-owned parking space, so I parked on the nearby streets, which was not difficult. It is very close to the Cardboard Church and it takes less than ten minutes to get to the city center. The sunshades are placed in the small garden and cannot be used when it rains. The apartment is one of a row and the windows are close to other apartments, so the curtains need to be drawn. Overall very good, not expensive.
